I’ll be turning a year older in a few minutes.

I can’t sleep. Ang daming naglalaro sa isipan ko. I’m not ready for change. I don’t know what lies ahead.

I don’t know. I think I really know nothing of what I really want. I should be sleeping right now, I should be happy. I should KNOW what I want!

Haaay. Ang drama. Pero totoo, hindi ko talaga alam, hindi ako sigurado. Naguguluhan ako |: alam ko na dapat hindi ako ganito, I am not supposed to be like this, pero ganun siguro talaga ang buhay. Sometimes you become someone you’re not supposed to be, and all you can do is live with it |:

Hindi ako naeexcite para bukas |: wala akong gana |: siguro ang gagawin ko lang bukas eh yung mga dapat talagang gawin. I didn’t prepare for anything. Sila na lahat umayos, all I did was to fit the gowns. 

Madami nagsasabi na ang swerte ko daw dahil nasa akin na lahat, hindi ko na kailangan magpakahirap. Bla bla bla bla. Pero hindi ko nararamdaman yung kasiyahang yun, parang mas lalo akong nahihirapan piliin kung ano ba talaga ang gusto ko dahil masyadong maraming pwede.

Mahirap din kasi ang maraming choices kadalasan, hindi mo na malaman kung ano uunahin mo. Hindi ko na alam kung saan ba talaga ako sasaya |:

Masquerade Ball. It was the chosen motif for my debut so I am really clueless of who’s who behind the masks but I know the people invited.

They’re all here. From my Aunts to my nieces and all my friends from the closest to the so-called-friends. My mom invited them. I already expected this to be big considering that my mom planned it, but not this big.

As the music played, I put on a big smile and started to walk down the staircase. All eyes are on me, as if I hid the prettiest face among the crowd. I’m wearing a deep pink strapless ball gown with gold bead details and a gold venetian vintage mask.

Before I completely stepped down, the emcee started to announce about the event.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the eighteenth birthday of Happy Sabine Bernardo-Fortalejo! The heiress of the Fortalejo Group of Companies. ”

I was shocked! How is that possible? Bakit ako? It’s hilarious!

Even though I’m shocked, I didn’t make it obvious with my reaction. I made it seem that I already knew about that.
