*2 weeks later*

Simaya:

I was finally on summer break from school so I started working on Mondays at the club, which Alex was very pleased about. Laying in bend until 11am never felt so good but I had to get ready for my day starting with a much needed manicure and pedicure. After my mani/pedi I had to head to the club.

Sitting in the spa chair as my feet soaked I went through my iPhone to see I had a text from my best friend Amina. She needed a ride to club since her car was at the shop. I tipped my nail girl and walked out in my pedi sandals, trying not to mess up my nails I struggled to unlock my car with the remote key.

I called Amina to let her know I was on my way to get her.

*Ring Ring*

"Hey My"

"Hey, I'm on your street about to park in front"

"Okay, I'll be down in a bit"

Amina came out from her building and signaled for me to open my trunk to put her bags in there.

"Damn girl, looks like you packed for a vacation." I sarcastically laughed.

"Not even My! I was just indecisive on what to wear tonight so I brought everything I was indecisive about." She shrugged.

"Love that color My! What is it?"

"I don't know some dark cherry color. If it helps it's from O.P.I" I laughed.

"Well it's hot, like a red black." She smiled.

"Exactly, I guess I was indecisive with those colors."

"So My, have you heard anything from The Weeknd?"

"Nope, not since he dropped me off."

"I still can't believe you didn't give him your number, and he wanted it. You so bold!"

"It's not that, I just don't want to be the next one in his groupie contact list, plus he knows where I work and live he can find me."

"So if he's interested in you, would you consider giving him a chance?"

Focusing on the road ahead of me, Amina's curiosity actually made me think. I haven't been with a guy for 3 years. I did miss the feeling of being loved and having someone to do things with.

"I don't know, he doesn't seem like the relationship type. I heard his mix-tapes so I know what's up, so whatever happens, happens I guess."

"My, I'm not saying you should rush into things just have him as a side thing, nothing serious. Just when you get lonely and want some you have him to call."

"What you're describing is a fuck buddy Amina." I laughed.

"Guys do it all the time, and so can we. No strings attached, you should try it love."

"Girl, he hasn't even bothered with me so this convo is unnecessary. And we finally made it to work, tonight is crowded for a Monday."

Abel:

I've been busy working on releasing Kiss Land, shit has been crazy and I finally had some down time to chill. Ever since I met Simaya I couldn't stop thinking about her, I wanted to see her but didn't want to seem desperate.

"Yo Hyghly, lets hit up a strip club nigga."

"I'm down."

"Cash is already on his way with Lamar."
