 3 days before Christmas:

I was being pushed in a wheelchair, everytine attempted to get up the nurse would push me back down. I was being escorted to the van. I get to go home today!  I tugged the sleeve as soon we got outside, it was starting to snow.

Ashton that been beside for the whole two week in the hospital, was excited that I get to go home and that we can finally eat real food instead of hospital food.

"Dad, it's snowing!" I pointed out, he was buckling me. I tried pointing higher but the bandages around my sides were restricting me.  I lowered me arm. Dad chuckled and closed the van doors.

Once I got home, I was showered with  hugs and candy, And the mums were staying for another week.  I looked around the the living room looked like christmas threw up on it, and the whole house smelled like cookies. speaking of which , Im a bit hungry. I sneaked off to the kitchen to grab a cookie.

"Ella!" I hear Calum say. I immediately stuffed the cookies I had in my shirt.

" Yah?" I said. I crossed my arms as soon as Calum enterd the room.

" Do you need  anything?" he asked. I pressed my lips in a thin line.  I shifted uncomfortably.

"Yah, a cookie."  I said. I crossed my arms tighter almost squishing the cookies. Calum walked torwards the counter and handed a cookie.

"Thanks Calum!" I cheered and went off to my new hiding spot, which the laundry room, the boys never used it. so it made a perfect hiding spot.

  2 days before Christmas;

I sat there playing tea, with my bunny while get dressed. I was already dressed, I was wearing a gray sweater, along with some jeans and uggs.  I wanted a fruit snack, I went upstairs searching for Dad. He can help me.

I opened the doors to the bathroom,

"Ashton?" I asked over the running water.

  "Yah?" he said.

" I need something."  I said, I was suddenly intrigued by the tiles.

"Can you get it by yourself?" Dad peeked his head out.

I shook my head 'no' " it too high."

"Well then go ask Luke." Dad suggested. Luke was pretty tall.

after the suggestion that my dad made, I decided to skip to Luke and ask him for a fruit snack, but by the time I found him Luke ate the last one.

    Christmas eve:

I woke up in my room. it's Christmas eve! I was so excited.  I ran around yelling it's 'Christmas eve!' at six o'clock in the morning. apparently the boys did not like the wake up call, they mushed themselves to the living room where Michael played fifa, Luke talked to his mum, Calum asleep on the couch and Dad making me a bowl of cereal.

I sat there eating a bowl of cerel when the mums  came in with presents. I jumped up knocking the bowl of cereal all over the table , oops.  I gave Ashton an innocent look. he rolled his eyes and  started cleaning up the mess I have made.

I ran up to the mums and gave them hugs. the laughed and handed me presents to put under the tree. I looked realizing that the tree dosent have a star.

I ran into the family room. "Guys!" I yelled as  loud as my little voice can go.

"The tree dosent have a star!" I exclaimed.

Ashton chuckled. he pulled out the star from behind. I gasped in horror

" Star theif!" I accused.

"Ella we didnt put the star on the tree yet because we were waiting for you." Dad explained. he handed me the star.

"oh, so can we do it now?" I questioned. dad jumped up and dragged me into the  dinning room. I got on to Ashton shoulder. I clutched the star in my hand. I gently placed the decoration onto the top of the tree.

   "Merry Christmas Ella."

   "Merry Christmas"
