"Together again"

O N W A R D S;

Georgia

5 years previously

She was helplessly in love with the man beside her. His smile brightened as a laugh escaped his lips, his dimples showing. Georgia couldn't help but smile back, as she was captivated by his golden locks that were neatly combed back. Locks that Georgia loved to run her fingers through as she stared at the love of her life her heart swelled. His hazel eyes, more green now that as she stared into them you could get lost in the pools of honey brown and swirls of emerald.

Full pink lips that moved swiftly as he spoke to her. His jaw as sharp as knives and cheekbones high and defined, giving his face a god-like structure.
"You're staring again.." he smirked at her raising his eyebrows.
A deep red covered her cheeks, "I wasn't!" She defended herself quickly.
She saw Caleb only grin wider, "Don't worry babe, I know you can't help it."

She rolled her eyes at his comment, "Go fuck yourself Caleb!"
He let out a deep throaty chuckle that would have made her swoon, "I'd rather fuck you," He whispered huskily in her ear.
She blushed a deep red again, pushing him playfully as he chuckled out loud, "I love seeing you blush." He leaned over and placed his lips on hers.

She instantly shut her eyes as he playfully bit her lip asking for entrance, their lips moving together in sync. She pulled away taking a breath, leaving her forehead against his. She felt him place a kiss on her head. She smiled and leaned back to take another look at him. He wasn't more than ten centimeters away from her but Georgia wanted him closer. They sat on a park bench with Caleb's arm draping over her shoulders making her feel secure. A feeling that she would forever love, being in his arms.

She leaned her forehead on his shoulder and sighed, "Caleb,"
Caleb hummed in response, "Why don't you want to go back to New York?"
She heard him sigh and slacken his hand from around her, she bit her lip nervously.
"I told you my father,"
She lifted her head and turned to him frowning, "but that's all you've said about it. You haven't explained any of it to me!" She was begging him to let her in.

She knew him, she knew almost everything about him. He'd told her of his childhood, she knew about his friends but Caleb, he never spoke about his father and from what she understood he was a real asshole but he'd never told her anything more than that. He moved his arm from around her and she instantly felt bare and cold, "I don't like talking about him."

"I understand that but Caleb, we can't stay in Greece forever. We'd have to move back sometime...."
Caleb cut her off by scoffing, "What if I don't want to go back?"
Georgia's eyes widened, "What do you mean?"
"Exactly what I said Georgia!"
Georgia shook her head in surprise, "Okay, so we don't go back. You don't think he'll come looking for you?"

Georgia heard Caleb let out a bitter laugh, "You don't know my father, he won't come looking for me."
Caleb shook his head wildly, "and that's just it Georgia, he doesn't care about me; never has."
"But surely, it's been three months, he has to wonder where his son is?"
Caleb caught her eyes, his deep with sorrow, "He knows where I am. I'm using his credit card, spending his money but this rebellion of mine, as he likes to call them, will come to an end sooner or later and then I'll be back."

She suddenly gripped his hand with hers, "So this time, I'm not going back, I never want to see him again."
She looked deep into his eyes and saw the seriousness in his decision. She suddenly gulped, where the hell did she fit into this? What was going to become of their relationship? What did he expect? Did he expect anything?
"But I have to go back, you know that Caleb?"

Caleb looked away, "I know and I'll be coming with you."
Georgia's eyes widened, "I thought you said—"
He grinned, "I'm not going back home, I've found a new one and it's anywhere with you."
Georgia felt her insides melt as she leaned forward and planted a kiss to his lips, how could this boy make her love him anymore.

"I love you." He said kissing her nose.
She grinned, "Mhm, you love me?"
Caleb chucked, "Yes."
"How much?" She asked staring into his eyes.
"More than life itself."

Georgia smiled cheekily and ran over the lines to their saying in her head, knowing not only was every word true but reciprocated both ways. Georgia did love him more than life, more than her life and she knew she'd do anything for him. They sat in silence for awhile before he spoke up, "You hungry?"
Groggily she stood up and nodded stretching her limbs. Her auburn colored hair in a genie ponytail that still reached the middle of her back.

Their hands intertwined as they walked down the street and into the Cafe they regularly ate at.
"The usual?" He asked.
Georgia nodded her head smiling, ten minutes later Caleb came back with her favorite sandwich and smoothie. They ate in silence and Georgia couldn't help but sneak glances at him. The man who'd completely stolen her heart.

"If you aren't going to take over your father's business, are you going to sell your art?"
Caleb nodded looking at her, "I was thinking using my trust fund to open my own art gallery." He admitted.
Georgia nodded her head vigorously, "That would be amazing Caleb! Your work deserves recognition."

Georgia watched as a small blush came to his cheeks at her compliment. She knew his work was more precious to him than gold and she was so proud of him.
"Thank you." He mumbled softly.
She gave him a show stopping smile and in their glee neither of them would have thought of trouble that was to come.
