Chapter 62. The team seven

After the death of Byralnus and Heva, CSC team seven was disbanded with its three remaining members relocated due to suspected trauma.

The deaths related to this event of not only the Species Conservation members but also police force agents opened the eyes to the two organizations, and actions were taken to prevent further calamities. The Conservation of Species Committee adjusted its course of operation in order to unite and incorporate the Pentaverse Police Force into a branch focused on bringing safety to the individual CSC teams while on missions.

The funeral ceremony held for the two lost teammates was beautiful, integrating culture from both the Ferionus and Terilli species. Tyler, Bai, Jirabi, and Short were all in attendance.

All three of the remaining team seven members were successfully reintegrated into individual societies.

Tyler Jacobs, team seven's engineering expert, works with a well known and successful science firm developing new technologies in the Gallidon universe.

Jirabi Malba, team seven's first mate to the Captain, now owns his own small restaurant serving Kelpar food on a busy Cito planet, Hesrra, in the Otacke universe.

EkirBai, team seven's social interaction and psychological expert, finished a degree in politics and is now the head ambassador representing Quibeeks on the Human planet, Earth, in the Seroah universe.

Short was eventually picked up from Gnumus and once again positioned as an Admiral to a large Circuit fleet. His crew admire him as a leader, though often describe him as being "hard to read, touchy, and a little too egocentric". His closest commanders will often mention that he "tells a lot of stupid jokes repetitiously."

The Circuit species had suffered greatly from the genocide. Soon after Short was positioned back as a high admiral, a new Queen was elected to serve as the monarch. The Circuit species is still healing, but has been growing steadily in population and rebuilding economically since the positioning of the new Queen.

Hud was sent to emergency care services immediately after the incident, and has been spending all of his time since then recovering and planning for his departure to Oí in hopes to find his daughter.

The PPF quickly discovered the truth about the Aiter epidemic after following inspiration from Officer Lliui Iuill Lliui and clues linking the epidemic to the planet Gnumus. The investigation combined with evidence from the remainder of CSC team seven led to proof of the Bovase plan of Pentaversal invasion.

The PPF elected a special branch to seek out Poa Bovase possessed species through the Pentaverse using the large mouthed, cave-dwelling, tailless, salamander like animals native to Gnumus that eventually got the nickname "big mouth".

All discovered Poa were sent to trials, the non compliant executed by use of the 'big mouth'.

Officer Lliui was awarded for his services towards the Aiter epidemic, and was promoted to a leading general within the PPF.

A war between the PPF and Rhaa still persists, although many of the Rhaa sects have begun to yield.

With a lot of effort, Gaunth was able to discover several Rhaa that had no desire to affiliate with the species clan and safely relocate them without penalization from others of their race. With help from the PPF, they formed a small "safe haven" community on a freeland planet in the Retriplis universe.

With the great majority of Poa Bovase being sought out and tried by the PPF around the Pentaverse, the remaining Bovase on Gnumus began enjoying peace on their planet once more. Teaming with ecological experts, they are currently working as a species to relocate their kind to other more prosperous worlds, and even exploring the possibility of bringing prosperity back to their home planet, Gnumus.
