2 months later . . .

Sierra

" Ms. Parker" I quickly got my belongings heading to where the nurse was.

I slowly got up putting a protective hand on my belly.

" How are you"

" I could be better"

So far during this pregnancy, I couldn't keep nothing down, my back always hurt, now my feet were starting to swell.

Now Mal and Ices call me big foot.

I am not okay.

" awwwl it's going to be fine sweetie, I've went through this five times"

I looked at her like how.

" it only get better with time I promise"

" I'm just gonna check your weight and blood pressure"

I step on the scale first. I looked down seeing I gain five pounds.

" blood pressure is a little high, make sure you are away from any stress now"

I can't because they practically moved in with me.

" the doctor will be in here momentarily" She said before leaving

I heard my phone buzz in my bag.

It was Ices.

Just then the doctor came in.

" how you doing Ms. Parker"

" I'm fine"

" and the baby ?"

" um fine as well"

" well alrighty lets see the progress "

I pulled up my shirt showing protruding belly.

" well somebody is growing, let's check it out" she said as she put the jelly on my stomach.

I listen to the sound that was music to my ears.

From the first time hearing it I knew I wanted to keep it.

It was life inside of me.

" well why don't you look at that"

" what's wrong ? I asked getting worried.

She looked at me with a smile.

" you are not only carrying one . . . It's two of them"

" Congratulations Ms. Parker you are having twins"

Oh no.

35 minutes later . . .

" you are what ?" Ices said spitting out her drink.

" it's twins" I said with my head down.

" Don't be sad baby" my mom said

" I'm not mama, but two" I stressed.

" girl you will be fine"

" How are you so sure ma, this is 2 babies I'm dealing with"

I was at my mom house with Ices.

I decided to break the news to her and Ices about the twins at the same time.

Surprisingly my mom took news of me being pregnant well.

" Because I have faith in you"
