Chapter 24: Ending Semester

The final exam passed. Everyone passed, but people were upset about the final two. Fu Hua was in Mars dorm, watching him. He took a beating during the exam.

"How are you feeling?" Fu Hua asked

"Fine. I guess."

Fu Hua got up and walked over to the boy.

"You fought Mei, Bronya, Kiana, and me in our Herrscher form and won. You are truly different."

The boy smirked.

"My partner and me had a plan."

"She showing up later was a plan?"

The boy laughed.

"At least my team came in first place."

Fu Hua smirk.

"Rita and me came second."

There was knock at the door.

"Come in." The boy yelled.

It was Rita and Dunrandal.

"How are you feeling?"

Mars groaned out in pain when trying to set himself up.

"Fine...I guess."

"Don't rush yourself." Fu Hua said concernedly

Mars waved them off.

"I'm fine."

"I made cookies." Rita said with a smile

She walked over to him. He grabbed a cookie and ate it.

"There you guys are."

Everyone looked at the door. It was Mei, Kiana, Bronya, and Scarlet."

"We just wanted to see how are you doing?" Kiana said

The boy smiled.

"I told you guys I'm fine."

"We all attacked you." All of them said except Dunrandal

The boy just chuckled.

"I'm fine, really."

They looked at him, wondering is he really okay.

Bronya floated closer him. She cupped his face.

"Bronya can tell you are lying."

The boy bit his lip.

"I have something on my mind."

"What? They all said

"I'm leaving St.Freya for a little bit."

The girls looked shocked.

"Why are you leaving?" Mei asked

Mars looked at them.

"The Dark Herrscher's are after me again. I have to leave to protect you guys."

They looked at each other.

"We can fight against them." Kiana blurted

Mars looked at them.

"No. It's best if I leave."

Fu Hua grabbed the boy's hand.

"We can fight them together."

"We are a family!" Scarlet said

Kiana walked over and cupped the boy's cheeks.

"You are not leaving us."

"Where ever you go we follow." Rita added.
