Mars was reading a book outside of Fu Hua's dorm room. He wanted to talk to her.
"Well this is new."
He looked up from his book and saw Fu Hua. He went back to reading.
"Yeah I know."
"Why are you here then?"
"I want to hang out with my old teacher."
Fu Hua smiled a bit.
"You want to learn something new?"
"No. I just want to hang out like old times."
Fu Hua chuckled.
"Come on let's go."
The male Herrscher closed his book and jumped next to Fu Hua.
"Can you pet me like old times?"
She petted the boy.
"You are such a kid."
The boy chuckled.
"What technique you want to learn?"
"I told you, I want to hang out."
Fu Hua smirked.
"When we hang out it turns into training."
"Or talking about something."
Fu Hua gave the boy a side look, as they were walking to their favorite spot.
"Something on your mind?"
"Yeah."
Fu Hua fixed her classes.
"You will never change, but what's on your mind?"
"A lot of things. Kevin, the girls, and my old student."
When they reached there destination, The class monitor smiled.
"We are here."
"Yay!"
"Do you have a feeling we are being watched?" Fu Hua asked
"Yeah. It's probably the girls, or Kevin."
They both laughed.
"Or both."
They walked into the arcade. They looked for games.
"They have your favorite." Fu Hua pointed out
Mars run over the game. It was whack a mole.
"We always tie."
Fu Hua chuckled.
"Don't sound like a brat now."
Mars glared at Fu Hua.
"Let's play."
They started up the game and grabbed the mallet. They both were hitting every mole, with missing one. A crowd formed around them. Everyone was amazed. They both the last mole. They both was panting, but when they looked at the score.
They were tied.
"We are too good." Mars said
"Yeah. On to the next."
They played game after game, until they both were tired.
Both of them took a break and sat down at a table.
"What's on your mind?" Fu Hua asked the boy
"My other student wants me train her again."
Fu Hua knew the boy's student.
"She does. That's interesting. Are you going to do it?"
The boy pondered for a bit.
"Yeah, but you know how the others are."
"So you are going back to your village to train her?"
Mars nodded.
"What about the Dark Herrschers?"
"They won't attack for awhile since Ava is dead."
Fu Hua shook her head.
"Not what I meant."
The boy was confused.
"They will come after you. They are after you. What's going to happen to you?"
The male Herrscher chuckled. His Teacher was worried about him.
"You known me for a long time Fu Hua. You should know I can handle my own."
"I know, but you barely managed in the fight against Ava."
He looked away. This was true, but Ava was going trap Rita in the sea. He couldn't let that happen.
"I just have to get stronger."
"With the Quantum core I assume?"
The boy was shocked.
"How you know?"
"I know you are a Dark Herrscher. I'm surprise you didn't consume it yet."
Mars look at Fu Hua.
"If I do, then my power would increase but..."
"You will lose control again."
The boy lost control of his power, way before coming to St.Freya Academy. He nearly killed a whole city.
"I don't want it to repeat."
"I understand. You have Kevin and me watching over you."
The boy smiled.
"I will consume it, but I want you come with me."
"Where too?"
"My Hideout in Arc city."
