3rd Person POV

"Madripoor could give New York a run for its money." Sam says as him, Sharon, Bucky, and Zemo walk through a shipping area. "They know how to party."

"With that bounty on your head, the longer you're in Madripoor, the less likely you're ever leaving." Sharon tells them, looking at her phone and leading the way. "All right. He's in there. Container four-two-six-one. I'll keep an eye out while you guys talk to Nagel. But hurry. We're on borrowed time." She says, handing each of them a comm device that they all put in their ears. She turns and leaves as Bucky, Sam, and Zemo make their way to the container

Sam opens the door but the container is empty. "Hey, Sharon. You sure this is the right one? It's completely empty."

"Positive. It has to be." Sharon says through the comms

The three men look around. Zemo touches the back wall of the container and a secret area opens up with a lab inside. The three walk in with their guns raised...well, Sam and Bucky with their guns raised as Zemo wasn't allowed to have one

Music plays as they get closer to a man with his back to the group. He looks to be doing an experiment

Sam stops the music from playing and the man gasps, turning around. "Dr. Nagel?" Sam asks

"Who are you? What do you want?" Nagal questions

"We know you created the super-soldier serum." Sam tells him

"Get out of my lab." Nagal says, pushing past him to leave

"Hey!" Sam says, grabbing his arm. He faces Nagal towards Bucky. "You know who he is, right?" Then he faces Nagal towards Zemo. "This is Baron Zemo. I know you've heard of him, too, right? You seem like a pretty smart guy. So you better become conversational real quick."

"How about a counter proposal?" Nagal proposes. "Make me a better offer and I'll talk."

"Guys, we have company." Sharon's voice says through the comms. Some fighting is heard on Sharon's end before it goes a little quiet. "Every bounty hunter in the city is here. We gotta go!" She urges the group

Bucky holds his gun to Nagal's head. He shoots but no bullet comes out

"Okay. Okay." Nagal gives in. "I was brought into HYDRA's Winter Soldier program to pick up their work after the five failed test subjects in Siberia. When HYDRA fell, I was recruited by the CIA. They had blood samples from an American test subject with semi-stable traces of serum in his system." Sam and Bucky share a look. "After much labor, I was able to isolate the necessary compounds in his blood. I was a god. I did what no other scientist since Erskine was able to do. But mine was going to be different. No clunky machines or jacked up bodies. Mine was going to be subtle, optimized, perfect."

"How have we never heard about this?" Sam questions

"Because... Before I was able to complete my work, I turned to dust." Nagal says. "Then when I returned, it was five years later, program had been abandoned, so I came here. The Power Broker was more than happy to fund the recreation of my work."

"How many vials did you make?" Sam asks

"Twenty." Nagal says. "Karli Morgenthau stole those, so...I can only imagine what the Power Broker has planned for that poor girl."

"Where's Karli now?" Sam asks

"I don't know where she is." Nagal says. "But a couple of days ago, she called and asked if I could help someone named Donya Madani. Poor woman has tuberculosis. Typical of overpopulation in displacement camps like that."

"Well, what happened to her?" Sam asks

Naga shrugs. "Not my pig. Not my farm." He says

"Is there any serum in this lab?" Bucky questions. Nagal is silent. Bucky puts his gun to Nagal's head again
