Rafe and JJ ~ Duo

Kooks and Pogues couldn't be friends. That's what everyone thought until the Pogue boy JJ and Kook boy Rafe became friends. It was all due to a certain person called y/n.

Y/n was new to Outer Banks and didn't know about the whole Kook and Pogue thing. She befriended both the Pogues and Kooks with no worries about what could happen.

The whole gold cross and gold hunting was over, and the Pogues friendship had began to break. Due to the circumstances of the gold hunting and fighting again Rafe, they were no longer working together and they just drifted.

Sarah and John B had completely changed and distanced themselves from the others. Which left JJ, Pope, Kiara and y/n. Pope had began to join extra curriculum activities and clubs with his interests and also began to distance himself. He made new friends who liked him for who he is, and loved how smart he is.

It then was just JJ, Kiara and y/n. The dream trio. When Kiara and JJ began dating, y/n felt left out and decided to meet new people at parties.

And those new people consisted of Rafe and his friends. They started off as friends and it soon escalated to them dating. However, JJ wasn't Particularly pleased with his best friends choice in boyfriends, he tried his best to keep his thoughts to himself and supported them the best he could.

Y/n's POV

Rafe Cameron. Who would have thought I'd be dating him. Ever since moving to Outer Banks two years ago, I'd never thought the Pogue and Kook rule was a good idea. But two years later and life was amazing. And now JJ and Kiara were friends with the Kook King Rafe everything changed.

Rafe and JJ were the ultimate duo. The most mischievous boys on the island. They had become best friends and it was great to see.

"Rafe William Cameron!" Y/n shouts down the corridor.
"Yes Y/n!" He says storming into his bedroom to be greeted by an angry y/n. "I thought I told you to stop using my middle name." He pouts.
"Sorry my love. You never reply if I only use ur first and last name."

"Hey seashell, leave him alone will you?" JJ says appearing at the door.
"Your here again?" I ask.
"Yeah, of course I am. You can't keep hogging Rafe from me."
"Uh yeah I can." I say crossing my arms.
"Actually you can't love." Rafe laughs.
"Rafe." I say frowning.
He laughs and leans in to kiss me on the forehead. He grabs my waist and pulls me closer to him, kissing down my face and down my neck.
I giggle and forget that JJ is still standing at the door.
JJ clears his throat making Rafe stop and look at him.
"Should I leave or?"
"Yes." I say jokingly.
"No it's ok man. You do always come round when something is about to happen." Rafe says smirking.
"Rafe!" I say slapping his arm.
"Ew. I didn't want to know that. She's like my sister man."
Rafe laughs and shrugs, kissing my neck once more before letting go of my waist.

"I'll leave you two alone. I'm going to find Wheezie." I say sighing. I walk out the room leaving the boys in there and make my way to Wheezie's room.
"Wheezie!" I shout knocking on her door.
"Come... in..." she says quietly.
I open the door and walk in to see Wheezie sat crying on her bed.
"Oh Wheez what's wrong? Tell me."
"Nothing."
"Wheezie you can tell me anything. You know that."
"My boyfriend just broke up with me."
"Boyfriend?" I question. She looks up at me with tears in her eyes.
"Not the time, I'm sorry. What's this boys name?"
"Oliver."
"Do you know where he lives?" I ask.
"Yeah. Why" she asks confused.
"Doesn't matter come with me." I say holding out my hand. She takes it and I lead her to Rafes room.

"Boys. Grab your shit. We have someone to give a serious talk to."
Rafe looks up from his phone and sees his little sister crying. He nudges JJ and they both nod and rush around his room.
"Ok Wheez come with me. I'll take you to the car ok."
She nods and follows me to my jeep.
