Author's POV ( The Case)

Today is the first day of hearing.. Everyone is ready..
Although Jai and Aisha's parents are not really happy.. They believe their kids are together working on the case which is completely incorrect..

Tara: Aisha.. You ready..?

Aisha: Yes.. Lets go..

Tara: We still have some time left...

Aisha: Wahan pahunche mein bhi time lagega.. Chal.. I don't want to late on the first day..

On other side..

Jai: You have checked everything right..?

Tahir: Yes..

Jai: Great.. Lets go.. Time hone wala hai..

Tahir: Haan..

Amom: Beta kyu..?

Aisha: Kyu ka kya sense hai maa..?

Amom: Itne saal baad yeh sab thik hua tha.. Tum normal hui thi.. Phir case doobra khul khulwaya..?

Aisha: Vo case kabhi band hua hi nahi tha.. Usse band karwaya gya tha.. but now.. I have to fight.. Uss time nahi kar paayi thi.. Abb karne do..

Amom: Pati hai vo tumahara..

Aisha: Pati se phle vo Naksh Malhotra ka bhai hai.. 

Amom: Par..

Aisha: Maa.. Its enough.. Mujhe late ho rha hai.. Main jaa rhi hun..

Amom: Thik se jaana..

Jmom: Abb yeh kya hai Jai..?

Jai: I guess its a case..

Jmom: Jai.. Mujhe pata hia case hai.. Par kya zaroorat hai..?

Jai: Zaroorat hai maa.. Bhai galat nahi the..

Jmom: Mujhe pata hai..

Jai: Pata hai toh phir aapko darr kyu lag rha hai..

Jmom: Main apna ik beta pehla kho chuki hun.. Doosre bete ka ghar barbaad hote nahi dekhna chahti..

Jai: Zindagi toh ussi din kharab ho gyi thi jab vo ladki aayi thi bhai ki zindagi mein..

Jmom: Uske saath kaunsa kuch acha hua tha.. She attempted suicide..

Jai: Mujhe pata hai.. But befaltu ke ilzaam toh mere bhai pe lage na..

Jmom: Par beta..

Jai: Maa.. Bus.. Main jaa rha hoon.. Take care..

At the court..

The hearing has already began. And both Aisha and Jai are throwing glares to each other..

Judge: So.. Lets start with Ms. Aisha..

Aisha: Thank you Your Honour.. Starting from the beginning..  Naksh aur Payal ka uss din saath hona.. Unka Payal ke saath rape ke baad gayab ho jana aur end mein accident ka drama karna.. Yeh sab ik plan ki tarah lagta hai..

Jai: Plan ki tarah lagta hai.. But kya bharosa hai plan hi hoga..?
Sorry to interrupt Your Honour..

Judge: Please proceed..

Jai: Thank You Your Honour.. So.. Hum kahan the.. Har cheez planned hai toh aapki client Ms. Payal Sharma bhi toh yeh sab plan kar sakti hai..
Kyunki according to police records.. Unki body pe ik bhi struggling ka sign nahi tha.. So how can we trust ki unka rape hua tha..

Aisha: Kyunki koi bhi ladki apne rape ke baare mein jhooth toh nahi bolegi.. 

Jai: I agree with your point Ms. Mallick.. But that doesn't mean ki vo ladki jiska naam legi ussi ne kuch kaha hoga.. According to reports Your Honour.. Ms. Mallick ne khud accept kiya tha ki unhe Ms. Payal ne bataya tha rape Naksh ke dost ne kiya tha.. Na ki khud Naksh ne..

Aisha: Oh thanks for reminding me Mr. Malhotra.. But Naksh ke dost ne  rape tab kiya hoga na.. Jab Naksh ne usse protect karne ki koshish nahi ki hogi.. He clearly backed out when he needed to protect her.. Sir according to Ms.Payal's previous health record unhe pata hoga unhe anxiety attacks aate hai.. So definately she can't fight for herself..
It clearly states that Mr. Naksh ne iss cheez ka fayda apne doston ke saath uthaya hoga..
