The second week went by so slowly that Pantalone's patience was starting to test him. Maybe even Celestia was testing him just because he joined an organization that wanted to overthrow Celestia.
He kept his promise as he never left the hospital once- only to see Capitano's ex wife. He actually grew to find the chair bed comfortable.
Signora would come by with books for Pantalone to read, and he would actually read them out loud to you as he sat beside you on the bed that same night.
He hadn't even looked at the files yet- not wanting to mention anything in front of you even if you wouldn't even be capable of responding or hearing. He just felt like it was bad if he mentioned anything about you getting hurt.
He had found out on the second day when Zhongli, Focalors and The Tsaritsa came to visit, that thé warrant to check your parents mansion was to be in his hands by the third week. The news made him so happy but the week so much slower.
Anton came to visit just after the Archons did, but didn't have much to say as he sat in silence, listening to Pantalone read you a story. He felt like he was a kid again, and he wasn't complaining.
On the third day, the Harbingers came in again and had a huge argument about fucking McDonald's that even led to the group chat.
