This Garden is a Graveyard

This garden is like a graveyard without you.
Soil clings to me
Bones weeping
Yours buried beneath.
A place where flowers
Won't thrive
I cry out to the sky
We used to lay
Under the blue
Speaking until the stars
Could listen
Because that was all we knew
There was something beautiful about knowing
Nothing at all
When I was knowing nothing
With you.
Now the stars shine
With pitiful eyes
Listening for your laugh
They bow their heads
And say a prayer
And I know they're praying
For me
Praying that if I get to Heaven
You're the first one I see
