His eyes were the sun
A thousand fires that blinded me
Burned me
I did not dare stare into them
Surely, my bones would melt
Skin screamed beneath the heat of a grin
Desire defeated my tongue
Utterly speechless was I
In his presence
While those eyes burned with passion
Upon an altar within my mind
I choke on his smoke
I could look into his eyes
Or I could live
But surely, I couldn't do both
