it took a full weak to recover all combat forces on earth, and the fleet was all gathered

"that is true" misato admitted, then again shinji was the most laid back commander, she had ever seen, he was effective though, extremely so, he had his father's mind, but more military focused, an expert strategist and tactician combined with his experienced piloting skill the boy was a monster on the battlefield"
"have you found someone for tsukihime" misato asked, i said nothing, and she frowned 'of course not' she thought in annoyance
"prepare the EVA platoon for deployment" i said
"why" misato asked
"what did i walk into upon my return" i asked sweetly, she paled

"aye, initiating" came the response
as we jumped, the sovereign had raised it's cloak just in case, all ships in the navy had a cloaking device

"sir, take a look at this" he said
"why are they fighting each other" i asked
"one of them is effected by some kind of virus sir, the individual's copilot is along for the ride"
"i see, inform asuka to capture that unit, we will try to cure the poor bastard, prepare an entry plug as just in case measure" i ordered
"sir' came the response
"what if LCL doesn't work" she asked
"it won't be just LCL i'm bathing him in, i'm gonna use the power of an EVA to cure him, i doubt highly that won't work" i said, she nodded as she knew it probably world, the EVAs were their most powerful weapons but the LCL fluid they learned had healing properties to it when in contact with an EVA or an angel
"asuka's EVA squadron has launched" misato said, i nodded
"inform me when our guests are brought aboard, and inform me if the EVA will be required" i said
"you don't intend to put him in yours do you" misato asked, i didn't say anything
"shinji do you know how dangerous that is" she asked
"not if i ask it to help him, unit-01 is the most controlled EVA in our arsenal because it listens to my commands" i said, she said nothing, as that was true, the others obeyed but they didn't necessarily listen to anyone but shinji
it didn't take long for asuka to report in
"mission complete, misato, also these friends of ours, ONE of our exoframes could probably take them on and win" she said
"that is pretty weak" she said
"keep in mind, asuka is piloting an EVA, she has a lot of power at her finger tips so it could be that a knight could take them on but maybe not an exoframe" i said
"true" she said
shinji was told six hours later, that the virus could be contained but not cured, shinji knew that wouldn't be good enough and ordered the use of the EVA, so he stood in unit-01's hanger as the entry plug was loaded in
"help him my oldest friend, please" i said, as the unit stared at me, there was of course no response
"unit-01 activation commencing" misato called over intercoms she saw her commanding officer not move an inch he just stood there staring at the EVA
"it's working, minister ikari, the EVA has begun to cure the pilot of the virus" misato called, as he heard, i sighed in relief
"thank you my friend, you don't have to let him use you, i simply wanted you to cure him, eject him when your done" i said, the unit actually responded at that, giving a small nod, i smiled as i left the hanger
"take him back to medical, i want him on his feet again, once they are bring them both to my office they will want an explanation and i intend to give one" i said, misato nodded her orders understood
two days later two chinese individuals found their way to the first minister's ready room aboard the sovereign
"first off, i am glad you have recovered so well, not surprised but glad" i said
"how did you cure him" the girl asked
"introductions first then i will answer all i can, i am first minister shinji ikari, supreme commander here, and pilot of the unit i stuck your friend into" i said
"my thanks, i am moukaku, this is my fiance shukuyu" moukaku introduced them, i nodded
"to answer your question, what do you remember about my unit" i asked
"no much i blacked out soon after activation, but i do remember the cockpit filling up with liquid" he said, i nodded
"it is breathable as you have learned, the unit i placed you in , the type-NEF01: adriel, is part of the evangelion series the most powerful weapons ever created by the human race by a wide margin, unfortunately that is not a hyperbole" i said
"what makes it so special" shukuyu asked
"it is a bioweapon" i said, their eyes widened
"the reason why you blacked out is because the unit would not allow you to be it's actual pilot it only really cured you, because it's actual pilot, me, asked it to" i said
"what happens now" shukuyu asked
"that is up to the two of you, my organization will soon reveal itself, but, i cannot in good conscious let you get back into that unit of yours" i said
"what why, i'm cured aren't i" moukaku asked
"listen to my words, my big friend i didn't say stop fighting i said specifically that i couldn't let you get back into the unit you were using" i said
"what's wrong with goddiner" shukuyu asked, connecting the dots
"that overgrown toy, is a joke, a piece of complete junk who shouldn't have left the scrapyard, i thought my pilot was exaggerating when she said an exoframe could defeat it, but no an exoframe could actually defeat that bucket of bolts, with relative ease" i said, the two chinese individuals realized that their unit insulted the individual in front of them
"anyway, with that out of the way, you have a couple of options you can join our organization of which you will be granted a much more powerful unit, that would actually be worth your and my time, and you would be placed with a fireteam to support you, as you would support them, or we can drop you off wherever you'd like, and you can be on your way, i am seriously scrapping that paperweight in my hanger" i said
"we'll join" moukaku said, with shukuyu nodding to her fiance's decision agreeing with him wholeheartedly, i smiled
