Wasn't gonna share this but since this is my only platform in which is anonymous and judgement free I will do so but by making it brief and far less graphic than it really was..
Basically last night I had a dream (nightmare?) that I was sexually assaulted by my ex's entire friend group while my ex cheered for them. WOW my brain is really trying to make me hate him and move on. In reality he's the sweetest guy in the world.
IN OTHER NEWS I'm trying to convince myself to book a dr appt for tomorrow but I'm finding it ever so difficult to do :(
Today has felt like a waste.
