The Fall of Humarise

Beros is spilling his metaphorical guts about Humarise and their operations to Hado and her phone.

Lucius observes the case and finds the hidden device in it. He retrieves a puzzle box. Lucius tries to solve it but hands it over to the heroes. Rudy swipes it from Todoroki and unlocks it. Find a memory chip and a strange flat device. Lucius takes the chip and inserts it into his phone. He smiles at the data.

He makes his way to Beros.

"Okay that is everything I know please don't kill me," Beros begs Himiko and Nejire.

Himiko smiles.

She says, "I promise I won't but~"

"I didn't," Lucius says before shoving his hand into Bero's back and holds his heart.

Beros turns to look at Lucius, "But you are heroes."

Lucius sneers.

"When did I say I was one," Lucius says, "Sadly for you, your information is worthless after obtaining the chip."

Lucius pulls his hand out of the man's torso. Himiko's face burns red at the scene. Latte was a little annoyed at Lucius just killing the human. Lèmèi gave Lucius a look of awe. The heroes' on the other hand looked green at the horror. Rudy ended up puking. And it got worse when Lucius took a bite out of the heart.

He moves the heart to Latte. Latte takes a nibble from the heart as she still isn't used to eating fresh meat.

It had a refreshingly clean taste if not bland taste. She felt wrong from biting it. Latte couldn't tell if it is because it wasn't her kill or if she wanted demon blood more for its taste.

Lucius motions to Himiko she shakes her head, "I already had my meal."

Lucius laughs at her comment. He crushes the heart, His Imperfect Amulet glows before absorbing the villain's blood and flesh.

Lucius then moves to Rudy. He pulls out the chip out of his phone and tosses it at Hado who fumbles to catch it. Lucius then hands his phone to Rudy.

"Okay, kid. If you have family call them and tell them you are okay and a servant of mine will collect them," Lucius states.

Rudy and Pino couldn't hide their shock at his words.

"You aren't going to kill me," Rudy asks.

"I... don't... kill... kids... Do... you... understand?" Lucius says as if explaining to a mentally challenged person.

Rudy salutes Lucius, "Got it, sir. But, my family doesn't have a phone."

Lucius nods.

"Okay, I will call my servant to go to your family and he will give your family his phone so you can hear their voice. But before that what is your deepest desire?" Lucius asks.

Rudy feels like he is about to make a deal with a devil but fearing death more he answers.

"To learn how to fly planes and to support my sibling," Rudy declares.

"Good. Kid. Good. So, I saw how you outran Inasa there which seeing as did that with only skill and not a quirk, call me impressed. Would you believe me if I told you I beat these two guys while sitting on a chair?" Lucius brags.

"No way. You must have a powerful quirk," Rudy says.

"Nope, I'm quirkless. But I do have powers it just isn't a quirk. Anyway that is beside the point. I work under an organization that not even heroes can touch and I think they would love to hire you. You seem crafty enough to keep your ass safe," Lucius offers.
