"You know I almost came barging into your apartment, banging on every door on Van's floor searching for you."

"What happened then??"
"Vanessa, my stupid annoying hot-headed sister, stopped me before I could. She said I should respect your privacy, and I realised she was right. You wouldn't have been too pleased if I'd done that."
"Yeah I wouldn't. It would've been very romantic though."

"Semantic. Sure."
"What? Oh yeah I'm coming. I have to go now Brendan. Someone's calling me."
"Sure they are."
