He stayed unmoving in the depths of the abyss of brine. He had forgotten how long ago his father had banished him. Fallen from grace, once the angel of death and pride, now he is little more than a banished soul chained to the depths of the ocean. He is a tortured soul indeed. Unfavored, unloved, unwanted but still the faithful lamb. Oh how much he wished that his father would take him back, he had repented for years, uncaring of the brine that filled his lungs, he prayed day and night, not that he knew when one started or ended. The holy leather holding his legs and hands had long been broken and he could surely rise from this abyss, but he had no want, no desire, he would pay for what he did to anger his father, even if he forgot this child, he would repent. As he stayed unmoving he felt a pull that he had not felt in a long time, he desperately thought that his father had remembered him, he would do whatever his father asked, even if it meant more of this punishment, if only he could have the reward see his face one again. He waited for the light to overcome him and pull him in front of his creator, he cried when the light just shuddered and fainted to a speck of light.

He cried holding this speck for a year till it pulsed. The speck of light stayed with him. He held it between him hands just barely, not moving his hands more than what the restraints would have allowed. As he floated in this abyss, he remembered the anguish on his father's face when he put him in this prison, neither had uttered a single word, neither wanted to prolong the other's suffering. He stayed in the abyss wondering every passing year, if someone would remember him. Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, would they ever forgive or even recognise him. Azazel, would he welcome him back. His estranged brother, would he even recognize him when they would meet on the battlefield again. Now this speck of light had become his only hope of ever being recalled.

Released from his prison, he would never think of it that way, he would be happy if his father ever recalled him. Wondering this often caused him grief, would he even be allowed to enter the sacred place, not likely, even if his father wanted, he would never go above the Heaven's prison, he would not dirty the sacred place anymore. The speck of light pulsed again after 5 years of his first one. He prayed and hoped his every breath, his only desire, to see his fathers face again. Five more years the pulse ignited, covering his being in a veil of light. He smiled with tears of blood pouring from his eyes, finally he would meet his father again.

"Hello?" A small voice asked. He frowned, why was he hearing a child's voice, where was his father. "Umm...Tenshi-sama are you alright? Will you not open your eyes?" He stayed in his position not moving and asked in a raspy voice due to years of unuse,"Wezo vasi polo, vezino? Wezisi vis pil nanazis?" (Who are you, child? Where is my father?) The child looked scared and hesitant and said,"Please wait here, Tenshi-sama? I'll bring someone." The boy ran out of the room in haste while he could only utter,"Wezad vis vinalilila? Wezisi vis Michael?" (What is happening? Where is Michael?) Surely Michael must be here to oversee him. When the boy came back, he said with a shaky voice,"Please don't go anywhere, Tenshi-Sama. The sister is coming?" A woman's voice sounded,"Ayato, did Lady Gabriel arrive already? What happ..." The nun was cut off on seeing him, she meekly asked,"Tenshi-Sama are you hurt?" He shook his head in denial. The nun shakily nodded,"Did Lady Gabriel send you?" He shook his head,"Pi nolid volor wile xir rimam." (I don't know how I'm here) The nun gasped,"Angel-speak. Praise the lord. Please wait, I'll send someone to the Vatican."

As she was running down she saw Gabriel appearing out of a glowing cross, the nun ran to her in tears,"Gabriel-sama! An angel with 5 sets of wings appeared in one of the children's bedroom. He hasn't moved and opened his eyes. I think he's injured. He's only saying things in Angel-speak." Gabriel asked shakily,"Take me to him." She wondered who was in such a dire state that he had to use Angel-speak, she could only think of so much angels who had 5 sets of wings and she was scared for every one of them. As they arrived, she noticed the child standing in awe going around and looking at the angel. But when she saw the hook through his chest and the collar of holy metal and the weights on his waist, she froze. She barely remembered who he was, and that only saddened her even more, did she forget her brother, she faintly whispered,"Rahab? Brother is that you? Sister rush to the Vatican and ask for Michael." The angel before her only replied with a shaky and raspy voice,"Gabriel, wezo vono nanazis nenan pim? Pi valamasil rimam savama da jilal nanaza venanil sol pim sanom poha nanazis vosil tal vol." (Gabriel, why did father call me? I appeared here after a holy light called on me, like our father used to do.) Gabriel broke into tears noticing his closed eyes and his wrists and legs being kept together, as if the binds were still on him,"Rahab, please open your eyes." As Rahab opened his eyes slowly, he looked around noticing the child, the nun and his sister. He asked tearfully, crying tears of his golden blood,"Wezisi vis nanazis? Menan pim rila nasasi pim senaz nina nasisilem?" (Where is father? Will he not grace me with his presence?) The nun took the child out leaving the angels alone. Gabriel shakily said,"Let's go to heaven, we will talk there." Rahab said crying,"I will not dirty that place with my presence, please. I have already fallen, I can't return Gabriel." Gabriel shakily said, faintly smiling,"Your wings...they're white again." Rahab wailed like a child,"Father...forgave...me. Please Gabriel just let me see his face. I don't care what he punishes me with, just please let me see him again." Gabriel went towards him and hugged him, herself crying,"Please don't cry Rahab, everything will be alright. Michael will be here, he'll help." Rahab,"Sister, you'll ruin your clothes, don't..." Gabriel shushed him,"Don't worry now Rahab." As Michael arrived followed by a exorcist, he too froze at seeing who Gabriel was hugging, he breathed out,"Rahab." The exorcist froze on hearing a fabled name, and wondered, wasn't Rahab a Fallen and a 4 set and not a 5. Rahab said crying,"Michael. Why won't father come? Has he abandoned me?" Dulio, the exorcist wondered what had happened to reduce a fabled Angel of Death to the mindset of a child, then he remembered that Rahab was sent to the brine abyss shortly after the dawn of the humans, did he not know about God, he winced as he put two and two together, the noticed the tears rolling down Michael's face. Dulio quickly said,"I'll go outside." Michael spoke after Dulio left and he had locked the door,"Rahab, there was a war." Rahab froze,"Don't tell me Father's injured." Michael winced and said just above a whisper,"He died sealing Trihexa." Rahab laughed flatly,"You're joking, right? Michael you didn't have a sense of humour, you don't have one now. JUST TELL ME YOU'RE JOKING!" Michael just lowered his head and Gabriel just cried in the hug. Rahab's sobs and Eyes went dead, and he said getting out of the hug and pushing himself away with a faint head,"I'm going back to my prison. This is all such a bad dream." Before the Archangels could say anything he disappeared. Michael said silently,"Father's seals on him broke long ago. He could have left whenever he wanted." Gabriel fell to her knees,"...He went back...to that place." Dulio knocked on the door and said,"Boss, I think I found out what happened. The boy says his amulet glowed, he was praying for help" Michael picked up the Amulet off the ground and studied it carefully, and said shocked,"Its the key to the prisons. The boys prayers must have brought Rahab here." Gabriel cried while looking at the blood tears of Rahab. Michael hugged her,"Lets go and bring our brother back. I'll call Azazel and tell him to come. Rahab will listen to him."
