"Why the hell are you here, Robin?" I asked. Curiosity is written all over his face.

"Shit! Are you Pyra? Or maybe Thora? But shit this is amazing!" Napalingon ako gilid ko nang marinig iyon. Then I saw a guy and a girl with a mask. She just smiled.

"At bakit mo suot ang kwintas ko?" Muli akong napalingon kay Robin nang magsalita siya. I quickly looked at my neck and saw his necklace.

"You told me it's now mine," I said. His brows ceased. "Tapos ngayon, babawiin mo?"

I saw his lips twitched. He looks disappointed. But then, I'm just joking. Of course, I'll give this to him. Inaasar ko lang siya. I don't want to do something I would regret soon, again.

At isa pa, pinaghirapan kong bawiin 'to. I deserve his true compliment now!

"Joke," I smiled and took off the necklace. I reach for his hand and put the necklace on it. "Sorry for bothering you, by the way. Thank you for all the efforts. No more blackmailing this time."

After that, I turned my back on him. I'm surely sincere of what I've said. Surely, no hoax. I just realized that what he had done is too much. Since narito na naman ako sa lugar kung saan si Iko, ang kailangan ko na lang gawin ay pasukin ang iilang circus na mapasukan ko para mahanap siya. What a brilliant idea!

For unknown reasons, I sounded disappointed. Why on earth I sounded disappointed?

I took a deep breath as I sit back at the table where I am earlier. Napalinga-linga ako sa paligid. There's no Flint around. I started to yawn. Right. Hindi nga pala ako nakatulog last night dahil night club iyon. Maingay. I wonder kung anong oras na.

"Creep!" someone called kung kaya't napalingon ako. I saw Flint waving at me. He's about to go towards me when someone holds my shoulder. I turned and flinched.

"Dr. Valencia is at the parking lot right now," an unfamiliar masculine man said.

"Uhm, parating na 'yung kasama ko," I said.

"Dr. Valencia strictly commands us to not let you bring someone else while meeting him," he answered.

Shit.

The man turned without saying anything. Muli akong napatingin kay Flint na papunta na rito.

"Can I go somewhere for a bit?" I excused. Kumunot naman ang noo niya.

"Uh, sure?" he said.

"Thanks."

Agad akong tumakbo upang masundan iyong lalake. We're about to go out to the event when I noticed something.

"We are not at the parking lot," I whispered and looked around. Nasa likod kami no'ng lugar kung saan kami galing kanina. There are few trees here. I wonder why Dr. Valencia would bring me here.

"She's here," someone declared and so my sight turns to the person in front of me.

Suddenly, there's an unexplained sweatiness triggered on my forehead kung kaya't agad ko itong pinunasan. I gulped. Then, there he is. Dr. Valencia with his usual dark and cold aura is in front of me. Ganito ako kamalas sa linggong ito.

I saw him signaled his puppets, or his guards, to go away. Maybe to give us some privacy and our conversation? Nevertheless, hindi naman gaano kalayo ang pinuntahan ng mga bantay niya. Just enough to defend him if ever I do something not good.

"It's nice to see you again, Creep," he said and looks at me from head to toe. "I thought you've been gone for good? Anong ginagawa mo rito?"

"You don't sound nice knowing that I'm here," I said, clenching my jaws. "At talagang pinatay mo ako sa pamilya ko while I'm gone? Thank you. You solved my problems. I'm so touched."
