Always remember to say 'please', 'thank you', 'excuse me ','you are welcome ', 'I'm sorry', et al. Words like these carry a tremendous amount of power and efficacy when you understand the importance of its use.


Give up your seat for a physical impaired person, a pregnant woman, an obviously ill or weak person, an adult (especially an aged person)





Don't point at people or stare at them for too long especially when they are aware you're looking at them. It's enough to make anyone feel uncomfortable. If anything gets your attention about anyone you see, keep your gaze short.
