Keep items like clutch bags, phones, keys, and all items not related to food off the table. Keep your elbows off the table too.

When eating any food that requires your bare fingers, wash them thoroughly. Don't mess your hands with the food and avoid licking your fingers noisily.

If going out with a lady to the restaurant, pass up the chair by her side and allow her take her seat, then the man can take his. (this is culture based).

To beckon a waiter or waitress, hold up the index finger of your hand and quietly call to them. Don't shout/scream to get their attention.

Don't make any attempt to brush or comb your hair while still in the restaurant. Hair fly around so easily.

If your drink is served in a glass, dab your mouth with your napkin before taking a sip to avoid staining the rim of the glass. This is to the female folks with lipstick on.

After meal, the napkins should be left lying loosely beside the plate.
