When you're dinning with other people and you need to use the rest room, don't announce that you're going to the rest room. Just say 'excuse me' and step away.

Don't talk with your mouth full. Whatever it is you want to say should wait after you must have chewed and swallowed your food.

Whenever you want to sneeze, turn away from people and the food and have your mouth covered with a hand towel. If you don't have a hand towel with you, cover your mouth with only your left hand. Except you can easily step away and wash both hands, use only the left hand to cover your mouth because the right hand can still be used for handshakes, touching etc

Using toothpicks in public is not acceptable. If you're going to use it, cover your mouth with the other hand.
