I walked into the house, in my hand the groceries for the house. I set them down in the kitchen, throwing my keys on the counter and beginning to unpack

"you get my juice?" Tayler asked kissing my cheek
"yup, funny enough it's super expensive" i said looking at him
"yeah well, it takes a lot to stay in shape" he shrugged
"oh yeah, who you staying in shape for big guy" i smirked
"my amazing wife" he said kissing me
"can't be an eternal stud you know" i laughed

Before Tayler could answer a small cry came through the speaker he was holding in his hand making me sigh

"i'll get him, you unpack" i smiled grabbing the small walkie talkie and heading to my sons room

It's been 2 years since little Kairo blessed our home, and since Tayler and i got married. It's been an amazing 2 years, concidering that we moved into a bigger house and i got my degree.

"hey there little man" i cooed at the refreshed young man.
"mommy" he said rubbing his eye "bad dream"
"aww sorry baby" i said picking him up from his crib

I grabbed his pacifier and made my way downstairs to where Tayler had made his way onto the couch

"that was my fruit salad" i said
"what do you need it for, i'm the starved man here" he joked
"well then starved man, i'm going out tonight" i said "but, i don't have to go if you don't want me too"
"oh no, go babe" he said
"you sure? i don't wanna leave you with Kai and you're not ready" i said nervously bouncing him
"what- no ready? babe we've been together 2 years" Tayler said
"yeah and i've been there with you" i countered
"look, go, i'll call you if i need anything or anything goes south okay?" Tayler said kissing my forehead
"fine"
