One- Sirius

My first day back at Hogwarts.

It's my fifth year and I can't wait to be back with the gang again. The marauders. We've caused trouble the past four years at Hogwarts and I'm sure we're going to cause more this year.

I'm at kings cross with James, we go through the barrier and now we're on platform 9 3/4. I take in the Hogwarts Express. James finds Lily and instantly tries to get with her like he has done for the past four years and I'm sure, he's going to fail again.

There's only one person I'm excited to see

Remus.

We board the Hogwarts express and pick an empty compartment. Five minutes Remus and Peter join us. Remus sits next to me and my chest tightens.

"Anything from the trolly? Anything from the trolley?" Asks the lady with the trolly as she goes to each and every compartment, "anything from the trolley dears?" Asks the lady as she pops her head into our compartment "could I have a pack of Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans?" Asks James, handing her a few sickles

"I'll have a pumpkin pasty please" says Peter. "Can I have a packet of droobles please" asks Remus, his voice. Music to my ears "I'll have a chocolate frog please" I say. She gives us what we asked for and heads on her way.

The train ride is spent laughing and catching up. Eventually we arrive at Hogwarts. We get into a carriage, Remus sits next to me again. For a moment our hands accidentally touch, the soft touch sends butterflies swarming in my stomach.

"So, Padfoot, you and James get up to mischief this summer?" Asks Peter, snapping me out of my trance "well, of course James was the one instigating the trouble but, what would be the point in summer without trouble?" I reply, smirking. Remus lets out a chuckle and my heart warms.

We get to the great hall and take our spots at the Gryffindor table. "Good Evening all and welcome back. As you know we will start the year off with the sorting ceremony and then we can have the feast. Now after the sorting ceremony I have some things to say but for now can we welcome our new first years" announces Professor Dumbledore. We all watch the sorting ceremony

"What a lovely ceremony, now, I have a few ground rules to lay out as always. I must remind you all, the forbidden forest is out of bounds and I would not recommend going anywhere near the whomping willow for it could seriously injure you. Now, this year we have planned on having more...celebrations for the holidays and so, the first holiday coming up is Halloween, so this year we are holding a Halloween Ball, this is a test to see if we should do the same for Christmas, if all goes well, balls may just be our new special events. For now, however, I want you all to enjoy the feast" says Dumbledore

A ball.

Who the fuck am I going to ask to the ball, I'm sure Remus will be with some girl or other and we all know James wants to take Lily. "I think this is the perfect opportunity for me to ask lily out" says James we all laugh "oh come on, Prongs, you've been determined to get that girl for four consecutive, you really think this years going to be any different?" I ask, James sticks his tongue out at me

"Well, Padfoot, I am charming after all and my heart is set on Lily Evans, I will marry that girl one day, you have my word on that one" says James, I sigh and shake my head

"Are you guys ready for the quidditch season?" Asks Remus, James and I nod, James is the fiercest Quidditch player I've ever seen but that's nothing compared to Remus' knowledge. He's so smart and hot and.. "Padfoot!" Exclaims James, I scowl at him "can a man not eat his pie in peace! What do you want, Prongs" I exclaim jokingly

"Who are you going to take to the Halloween ball?" Asks James, I shrug, picking at my food "I dunno, maybe I'll go alone" I reply, everyone bursts out laughing "come on, Padfoot, everyone knows your the Gryffindor ladies man" comments Remus, my heart shatters into a million pieces but I brush the feeling away. "Me? Never" I joke.

"I hear there's a full moon out tonight, Lupin, better have your wits about you" says Severus Snape, snarling as he passes our table "oh jog on Severus" I call, he snarls at me "protecting your boyfriend are you, Black?" Taunts Severus, I wish "he's not my boyfriend, now go back to your friends....sorry wait you don't have any" says Remus.

Severus huffs, scowls at us and walks off. "That Snape, I'll sock him one by the end of this year if he doesn't keep his mouth shut" I say, holding my cutlery so tightly my knuckles turn white "why you so wound up about it, Pads?" Asks James, I dunno maybe because I'm in love with Remus? "Because he just won't drop it and what would happen if he told everyone? What would happen to Remus then?" I reply, they all shrug

"Well we aren't going to let that happen so control your damn temper, Padfoot" says Remus, putting a hand on my shoulder, a shiver is sent down my spine and butterflies swarm my stomach again. I look at his hand which stays on my shoulder for a moment more and we lock eyes for a moment. Our stare continues for a second longer than it should've.

I really just want to kiss him. I know I couldn't but I just want to grab his stupid hot face and kiss it. God I wish he felt the same but why would he? Who would pick me when he has girls chasing after him?

Hello there my lovelies!

So I've taken a break from greys and have decided to move to Harry Potter but not Harry Potter because it's Remus and Sirius but at the end of the day a ship is a ship.
