The wind blew slowly
As leaves flew mindlessly
Leaves fell and leaves bloom
Nature can take you out of your gloom
Colors were bright, all in sight
As the sun warmed the night
A perfect picture of Eden
But then, the Snake had something taken
Leaves fell apart for no reason
Leaves bloom as season changes season

This is the spring of life
Where happiness reigns, there is no strife
This is the place where life begins
The purest of them all, with no sins
Lacking nothing to pay the price
The Serpent crawled and formulated lies
Tricked the woman to get the fruit
As sin quietly made its root
Leaves shuddered as light drew near
Leaves scattered; leaves saw something queer

Spring is light and happy
Against it, one could be lucky
To strike it down mercilessly
And leaves couldn't even grow peacefully
Protection is most feared
As light drew near and the Serpent reared
Pointing fingers around and round
The shining punishment made the sound
Leaves hid as judgement is said
Leaves fell to a world with no end

Spring was finished ruthlessly
It lay dying while facing pain relentlessly
Until it closed its eyes in a deep slumber
And happiness ended in quiet disaster
Banished to the world of unknown
Is something you should have known
Running for your life is best
But being caught meant failing the test
Leaves fell, and leaves forgot
What happiness felt and what cannot

The wind has died until nothing
Is left, there should be something
Nature could do, but this is hopeless
The sun shone until something is useless
Favor! What favor can you receive
When all is lost and nothing can conceive
This is a world where happiness can grieve
When darkness is crueler than what to believe
Leaves held on; leaves are gone
Leaves should get things done

Summer is cruel and strong
It is where allegiances are wrong
Never peaceful; war is all out
People scattered from north to south
Looking for water is what you think about
Looking for something to drench your mouth
This is where man toiled for years
As sin crawled and became their fears
Leaves recalled and leaves surrendered
Leaves bloomed but leaves remembered

Bloodshed was done in the middle
Where treachery is only subtle
Those who were weak can die
but those who are strong have the right to lie
Fair! Where is fairness in this world?
There is only deceit where all penance were sold
Walking along the trail of blood
Is not a mark you would have had
Laves fell but leaves remembered
The blood that stained, leaves have scattered

The path was dark yet easy
Something has to be taken seriously
The knife in your hand felt heavy
As though killing your kin is a happy story
Blood was shed on this holy ground
But what is it that made you so proud?
The weather was nice and yellow
But now, you have killed it with your sorrow
Leaves fell and leaves have seen
When Summer died, killed without any meaning

The wind came alive once more
But it turned the world into a painful sore
Nothing was left but sticks and stones
regret flooded your eyes and filled your moans
The ground was littered with dreams
Wishes, hopes, and unfaithful schemes
Crushed and devastated, hopeless you fell
But you can see something you could not tell
Leaves fell, and fallen leaves must be
Laves have been looking; leaves cannot see

Autumn has come without avail
Though it can cause storms and possibly hail
But it holds great power
To even bring down one mighty flower
Beauty and elegance meant nothing
Worthless, no matter how bright the bling
This is the fate or the retribution
But could this mean one reason?
Leaves have thrived and leaves have known
Leaves felt that end has been sown

Pain is when your plan backfires
When flames of deceit had lit your pyres
You were tricked but you tricked as well
This is love and suddenly you fell
Whatever the case you are in
This could be the end of your sin
But the son in your arms shall forever bring
The curse of blood will always be singing
Leaves fought but leaves are tired
Tired of all the fighting; Peace, leaves admired

Autumn is just one of its name
As all creatures, autumn is the same
Just wanted to be loved, accepted is all
But the world has no place for something called 'Fall'
That is the name of this season
The season which brought this damnation
Fall has twisted the hearts of men
And will do it all over again
Leaves fall and will forever fall
but leaves decided and leaves will call

The wind has been strengthened
But disaster cannot be avoided
Past the falling auburn is of view
The plague of Death, that was you
That is the place where there is food
Where the grain they sell was good
You were  guilty of stealing something
So precious, even Father is grieving
Leaves have seen; leaves have heard
Leaves knew what has been altered

Winter is here and just as cruel
Destined to end but so hard to tell
Blood is covered but not avenged
What could you do to get revenge
You had the power you could ask
All you had to do was blame that flask
To your kin to take back
All their sins for loving they lack
Leaves have foreseen yet leaves failed
Leaves fell but have not sailed

The stain of blood is covered in snow
And your soul is tired and slow
Everything on sight is white
And nothing is but dull and bright
You sought to kill the favorite
But all you got was trouble and you're unfit
To be your Father's successor
But you're adamant to demand the favor
Leaves fell during the cold
But leaves remembered you used to be bold

Something struck your heart
Anything could tear you apart
Pride, guilt, and finally, sin
Got a hold of the situation you're in
The Serpent struck and bit your heel
Someone know that the Serpent would kneel
Although you saw that this is not good
Yet you went back and valiant you stood
Leaves knew and leaves have told
The story of the seasons, how heat turns to cold

Leaves are wise but weak
They are strong but suddenly sick
Leaves have seen everything
But leaves decided not to intervene
Leaves saw all forms of schemes
Yet nothing they said truly means
One thing, though it is hard to understand
As one would count the number of sand
Leaves fell and leaves adapt
Leaves are wise and leaves know your time is up

Leaves are wise but weakThey are strong but suddenly sickLeaves have seen everythingBut leaves decided not to interveneLeaves saw all forms of schemesYet nothing they said truly meansOne thing, though it is hard to understandAs one would count the...

This is one of the long poems I made and I honestly do not know the point of this particular poem. I pulled some references from the Bible, obviously, but beyond that, I don't know what it really means.

All I know is that I wrote it during a rainy day in my room and I loved how it turned out.

What do you think? Comment below. :)
