Alora along with Dess and Ariana entered a potential venue for their business. The agent they were meeting with was already present waiting for them.

"Hello, how are you ? You must Ariana and Alora, right?" she extended her hand. "I'm Shanti, the owner of the building."

Ariana shook her hand, wearing a smile. "I'm Ariana."

"I'm Alora," she extended her hand, Ashanti shooked it then moved to Dess. He was captivated by Shantis appearance, beautiful was an understatement. "I-I'm - Dess nigga." Ariana said laughing.

Shanti chuckled. "Nice to meet you all. Would you like to look around ?"

"Yes ! It's only one floor right?" Alora asked examining the area they were currently standing in.

"Yes, but it's two other open spaces over here," she gestured for them to follow her. "There's two restrooms; one where we just were and another in the back here by the office." she stopped walking when entered the third room.

"What you think Ari?" Alora asked. "I like it. I know we said we wanted a two story building but this could work; hair room, nail room and we can figure the last room out later. How you feelings about it?"

"I ain't like it the first time we saw it because it didn't have another floor but now you put it that way, we can do that.Dess what you think?"

"I mean location convenient," he turned to Ashanti. "Are they able to make their own renovations to the property?" He asked.

"Mhm as long as it's to bring value to the property. What did you have in mind?" she asked, uneasily.

"That glass in the front has to be replaced, not up for debate," he said, sternly. "We already have a list of all renovations that will be done if they decide to move forward with the property just so your aware prior to signing the lease. I'll send it over."

"Please, I'll look over it."

Alora and Ariana roamed around the large space, trying to get a feel for the space. Originally, they wanted to purchase a building but they hadn't found anything worth buying.

But with Alora slowly getting back into hair and Ariana ready to leave the shop she previously at their only option was renting.

"With a few tweaks I think it'd be a great." Ariana said, pecking in a closet. "It's only for a year... Even then we may be able to convince the owner to sell."

Alora thought about it for a moment."Yea, you right...Shanti, we'll take it." she shouted from the other room as they walked back to the first room.

"Alright, I did have a minute to look over the renovations you wanted to make. I went ahead and added them to the leasing agreement. Dess expressed how important it was to have it in there." she said.

She wanted all agreements in writing in case the owner attempted to change her mind later on. She had to cover all bases because sometimes landlords could get money hungry and claim "unauthorized" renovations which in some cases could

One by one Alora and Ariana signed the contract to the home of their new shop. Ariana was overly emotional. this was an exciting moment for her. Opening a shop with her best friend was a topic they talked about as teenagers. The topic had been brought up over the years but she didn't think they'd do it with Alora in Atlanta.
