Ealize's POV

As soon as we arrived at the scene, Zach immediately took action. It was so fast that my eyes couldn't keep up with his movements. Before I could process what he did, he was already in front of Enziel. Zach held his wolf form in the neck like it was a lifeless puppet.

It was like the law of physics was useless; after all, the wolf is twice or three times bigger than Zach, but he could easily lift the wolf with one hand off the ground. Furthermore, if Enziel wanted to swipe his claws at Zach, it would be very possible to do so. But it was like there was something suppressing Enziel. He couldn't struggle or resist. He was like a fish on a shopping board, waiting to be slaughtered.

It was the first time I had seen Zach so emotionless. It was like he wasn't killing a comrade he'd been with for years, but killing a random stranger. I couldn't help but shiver.

This Zach seems like a stranger.

I bit my lips due to my anxiety. I don't want to take a risk, I'm never the one to take risk! but my conscience is like thousands of needles piercing my heart, refusing to let go.

Nothing will happen; the babies are strong. They are blessed by the gods and goddesses.

I closed my eyes, taking several deep breaths before I took a determined step towards Enziel.

"Ealize" The moment I moved, Zach's attention was immediately on me. When he realized where I was going, he called my name in a low voice with a hint of warning.

I was scared by Zach's cold face and voice, but I steeled my heart and continued walking.

"Ealize!" This time I could feel that Zach was really angry. I moved faster, then immediately grabbed the chain I could see on Enziel's neck. My hands were shaking. I'm scared of dogs, and it was my first time being so close to a big wolf; of course I'm scared!

I pulled on the chain hard, and Enziel's deafening roar and whimpers immediately rang in the forest.

It felt like I was pulling on an 80-kilogram bag of rice; it was extremely heavy.

However, i was shocked when I saw a grotesque monster being pulled out of Enziel's wolf form. It brought about such a heavy stench that it made me feel nauseated. It has extremely long limbs, and its body looks emaciated. Its face has two large holes for eyes and an extremely wide mouth field with dense teeth and what seems to be like maggots crawling from the depths of its throat.

I felt bile rising up from my stomach, and I immediately looked sideways and vomited.

"What is that?" Chelsea's trembling voice entered my ears as i saw her hands trembling and pointing at the creature.

"A demon," I said weakly as I finished vomiting.

"Zach, let go of Enziel." I still remembered that Zach is currently holding Enziel's neck, choking him.

I saw Zach loosen his hand and let go of Enziel's wolf form, which immediately tumbled and fell to the ground like a lifeless wolf.

"This is a demon?" Zach asked as he looked at the demon I pulled, which was currently looking at me with menace but did not move.
