In one of the coffee shops in Kuoh Town, a man can be seen drinking a cup of coffee while looking at the picture of a person and a bag full of money. He was a young man with spiky purple hair and matching purple eyes and he wore formal business attire.
A few minutes ago, he has offered a billion in Underworld currency to carry out a job from one of his clients. His target was to die within the next two weeks.
He picked up the picture and began to speak to himself.
