Dad's been gone so long that I forgot how it felt to be a son to a father

I laughed at all your jokes, completing another puzzle as we sat across from each other. You became my father overnight.

I miss him less when you're there, and that scares me.

A/N: 🥹🥹🥹🥹 I love poetry, so writing from Søren's perspective was so much fun.

Also just wanted to say I love how engaged y'all have been in this story. I said this from the beginning how different this one is from my usual ones. I wanted it to be as realistic as possible because I think people from abusive relationships and dangerous dynamics are often glamorized in stories. So please be patient ❤️❤️💕💕 cause real relationships aren't that straightforward.

But I will say y'all are gonna LOVEEEEE the next few chapters *wink* *wink* 😘😊😊😊
