"Jake, love. You need to wake up.. We gotta get ready for Bella's wedding" I murmured softly as I ran my fingers through his hair. He groaned and opened his arms asking for a hug. I chuckled and layed down next to him, his arms closing securely around me.
He kissed my forehead gently before sitting up, pulling me up with him. "Why hello there sleepyhead" I said with a little chuckle. "can't we just stay here?" he asked softly as he kissed my forehead again.
"I wish we could.. But who knows what could happen.. And she's your best friend love, you can't just not show up at her wedding" I murmured. He hummed in response and before letting me go and standing up to get ready he planted another gentle kiss on my forehead.
I walked over to the doorframe, started to walk out but turned around "you get ready in here, when you're done get Kaya ready. She's still sleeping. I'm gonna talk Leah into letting me borrow some clothes... And maybe we should go by your dad's before we head to the party?" he looked over at me and smiled.
"okay.. You know, I really appreciate you caring about my dad" I smiled back and just shrugged. "he's the closest thing I have to a father" and with that I walked away to try and find Leah.
"hey, saw Leah anywhere?" I asked the boys that were sat in the living room. They all shrugged as I expected making me roll my eyes playfully before walking out of the house.
"Leah! Lee! I need help!" I shouted walking around the yard. She quickly showed up right infront of me with an excited expression. "I'm gonna get you ready, I already have it all planned out" she said excidetly. "you know me too well" I stated and she dragged me all the way back to the room she was using at Emily's.

It took her hours to get me completely ready even though I insisted that it wasn't that necessary.

After she got me completely ready, we both walked out of her room to find that the whole pack was all dressed up for the wedding.
"I didn't think they'd invite you guys" I stated. They just shrugged "me neither but I mean, they owe us atleast that much" Paul said. I couldn't help but agree.
Then both Jake and Kaya walked down the stairs. Jake was wearing a suit which I had never seen him wear before but he hadn't even brushed his hair. Kaya was wearing an adorable little blue fluffy dress, her hair braided and I knew Jake had done it since it was a bit messy but the fact that he atleast tried was adorable.
I smiled as Kaya came running towards me and caught her as she jumped into my arms. I picked her up and situated her on my hip, my smile never fading. "well don't you look adorable" I said with entusiasme which made her giggle.
"daddy did my hair" she said with a bright smile. "yeah I could tell" I joked looking over at my imprint. "oh come on, it's not that bad" he complained playfully as he walked closer and planted a kiss on my forehead.
"we're still here y'know" Seth complained making me laugh and walk over at him to ruffle his hair. "hey! I just brushed it to go to the wedding" he complained once more. "oh come on, we all know it looks better messy, c'mon let's go" I replied ushering everybody out the front door, Kaya still on my hip.
Few minutes later Jake, Kaya and I were knocking on Billy's door, who was to open it. "oh my god" the man whispered, his eyes beginning to fill up with tears.
"hey Billy" I murmured with a smile, letting Kaya who already knew him on the ground. She sprinted towards him and immediately jumped to hug him. Billy lifted her onto his wheel chair and held her close to him. "hey Kaya" he murmured as he held her.
He then came closer to us and I went to hug him, having to bow down a little. "hey kid.. I missed you" he said. "I missed you too Billy, I'm sorry we had to leave without saying anything" I replied, my voice breaking a bit from the emotion. "no, no it's fine.. Everything that matters is that you're all okay now" I smiled and pulled back to let Jake hug his own father.
"you, on the contrary Jake.. You didn't even come to visit me before all this" Billy said to his son, sadness obvious in his voice. "I'm sorry dad.." Jake replied with honesty.
"I bet you are, come over here" Billy ordered. Jake obeyed and they embraced each other into a big hug. "well that's more like it" I whispered so nobody would hear with a bright smile.
After a while we were all heading towards Bella's wedding, which was also where the rest of the pack was waiting for us.
"Well this is gonna be awkward" I stated as we walked towards the Cullen's backyard. "tell me about it.. look if you get uncomfortable or something we can leave, I really don't want to put you through something you don't want to" Jake replied as I took Kaya's tiny little hand.
"thanks Jake.. Just go see her already" I said ushering him forward so he would atleast talk to his best friend but he didn't even have to go one step further into the party when the demon herself apeared around the corner jumping into my imprint's arms.
I couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy and hatred towards the girl even though I knew Jake would never cheat on me, and less with her.
"I missed you so much Jake! I was so worried!" She exclaimed making me discreatly roll my eyes. "mommy who is that?" Kaya asked making Bella turn towards us. "mommy? Is that your kid?" Bella asked, trying to mask her glare but failed miserably.
"yes she is" I replied coldly making her glare harder and look over at Jake for confirmation. "yeah, she's our kid, you've got a problem with that?" he said but his tone way too soft for the situation.
Bella didn't give an answer, instead just rolling her eyes. Kaya was holding tightly onto my arm, as if she was scared for some reason and I quickly realised why.
I was quick in spotting the silhouette of what probably was a vampire with long hair watching us from a distance. I picked Kaya up and walked closer to Jake, who was a quite heated conversation that I wasn't listening to since I was too concentrated in keeping my kid away from the blood sucker.
I put Kaya between Jake and I as I watched the stalker closely but what made me panic was when the Silhouette began to come closer in a speed I didn't believe possible.
