Chapter 23

The next day I walked into the kitchen, he was making breakfast and was already changed and ready, he turned to face me, I was in my uniform and I knew he still didn't think I was ready. He took a deep breath and nodded slowly

“breakfast?”

I nodded and went over to the bar as he put some bacon and eggs in front of me, I quickly ate them before washing up the plates.

We both walked into the hallway and I picked up my school bag before slinging it over my shoulder and looking up at him

“I'm ready”

he nodded slowly and we got our shoes on before he grabbed his keys and we walked out. We got in his car and buckled up before he sped off towards school.

When we got there he climbed out and came around to me, he helped me out before we began to walk in, I felt everyone's eyes on us and Elliot obviously noticed as I felt his hand slip into mine and his fingers intertwined with mine. I looked up at him and he gave me a reassuring look and I smiled weakly at him.

“you'll be fine”

I nodded slowly and turned back to face everyone, who was now completely mortified, the second time we had arrived and we were holding hands. Just as I was about to walk off to class Elliot pulled me back and I went crashing into him, I looked up at him

“I need to go, I have class”

“I know, I do too but I want a kiss first”

I looked around, people were still staring, I looked back up at him

“you are kidding right?”

he pouted out his bottom lip and made puppy eyes

“ok so your not kidding”

I said before sighing and leaning up on tip-toes and planting a kiss on his lips, he kissed me back for a few seconds before we pulled away

“see? That wasn't so hard was it?”

I raised an eyebrow at him

“I'll let you answer that when you see the faces were getting”

Elliot looked around slightly at everyone's shock horror faces before looking back down at me

“one more?”

I sighed before laughing slightly and giving him another kiss before slipping out of his grip

“I'll see you at lunch”

he nodded and I walked off heading to class, instead of having to push my way through people or having them push me everyone moved out of the way and said hi, now this I could get used to.

When lunchtime came around I was shocked to see Leon and Elliot walking and talking together and by the looks of it they weren't snapping or trying to murder each other.

“miracle huh?”

I turned and saw Lexi staring at them, I nodded

“yeah, especially since me and Elliot are the talk of the school now”

she laughed and nodded, coming over to me

“damn right you are, nerd and the jock, big twist there”

I laughed and nodded as the boys reached us, Leon wrapped his arms around Lexi and Elliot looped his arm around me and pulled me closer, I rested mine on his waist
