I'm His Little Nerd - Chapter 10

had a college welcome day yesterday and it was suprisingly good :) i met some nice people... and some bitchy ones... but anyway this chapter will be dedicated to my new friends there, Chrissy and Jack :) plus my lovely superman/batman/spiderman/all superheros and villians buddy :D

Chapter 10

I woke up half on, half off the sofa and it took me a few seconds to actually remember where i was, i always do that whenever i stay round someones house.

Lexi walked back into the room, she was changed and smiled at me when she saw i was awake

"i was about to wake you but its fine now your up"

i nodded slowly and sat up slowly, my head and eyesight getting used to all the light, she came over and sat next to me, pointing to her bed where a spare set of uniform was waiting for me.

"there you go, now hurry up missy, i need to do your hair and makeup again"

i chuckled and got up, i went over and got the clothes before heading into the bathroom and freshening myself up and getting changed.

I walked back into Lexi's room where she had layed out all her equipment, she smiled brightly and gestured for me to sit in front of her on the bed, i laughed and sat down before feeling her begin to work on my hair. i must admit it did feel nice to have someone pamper me, and they enjoyed it so it was fine.

As soon as we were done her mum took us to school, Lexi had to go and see one of the teachers about a report due so i wandered over to where i usually met Leon, everyone was staring at me as i walked around, honestly i didnt realise i looked that different, until i met Leon.

I tapped him on the back and he turned, his mouth hit the floor and i laughed, shutting it for him

"whats up Le?"

"whats up with me? whats up with you?"

i gave him a heartly smile before giving him a hug, he hugged me back but pulled away confused

"you look like..."

i looked up at him expectantly

"like?" i rolled my hands around gesturing for him to carry on

"like... your wearing makeup"

i nodded slowly, getting confused at what he was saying

"and youve done your hair all curly and straight"

i nodded again, what was wrong with him, i stepped back slowly

"whats wrong? dont you like it?"

he paused before looking down and shaking his head, he... he didnt like it? i took another step back and he looked up apoligetically.

"i just think you look better without it"

i sighed and walked over to him

"well i can wear it sometimes"

he looked down

"i dont think you should"

i sighed and shook my head, looking down. It was silent for a few minutes before the bell went, thank god, i said a quiet bye to him before walking off down the halls, i passed Elliot and i could have sworn his eyes raked me over once before giving me a warm smile, honestly some people just never run out of suprises.
