Cindy was happy to have graduated from the 8th Grade at middle school. It was the last day of school, and there was a big pizza party for all the 8th Graders in the cafeteria. The pizzas came from Joe's Pizzeria. There were all kinds of toppings. Cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, onions, anchovies, and pineapple.
Cindy had two slices of pepperoni pizza. She sat with her friend, Megan. They would be Freshman at East Hightstown High School in September. The Class Of 2026, to be exact. The cafeteria was full of chatter amongst everyone.
And, everyone got their 2022 yearbooks. Cindy had so many of her friends sign it. It was a proud day for her, and everyone else.
