JOSIE WAS CURRENTLY WATCHING THE REPUTATION STADIUM TOUR, when someone knocked on her door. "come in!" she yelled, pausing the film. "hey jo, some of us are going to the gym to get in some extra training and i just wanted to make sure that you didn't wanna come along." dorka poked her head in, smiling at the state of the girls room. josie had at least five blankets on her bed, with popcorn and gummy bears sitting beside her while she was under the mountain of blankets. "um, i definitely would. however, i have made plans with my bed and cannot ditch her. but thank you for inviting me!" she smiled at her, laughing when dorka rolled her eyes. "okay, whatever you say josie!" she shut the door, leaving the girl to whatever she was up too. josie was waiting for makenna to get here, so she got up and walked downstairs into the kitchen. it seemed like all the girls had left, since the house was silent. she was scrolling through instagram, not noticing the blonde coming down the stairs. paige had her airpods in, listening to music as she walked into the pantry. she was looking for the goldfish, before noticing the family sized box in the trash. "bro we literally got these a week ago." she mumbled to herself, both of them still not realizing there was anyone else in the kitchen. paige currently had on a pair of boxers, a random hoodie, and nike socks. "hey makenna!" josie yelled, hugging her as she walked inside.

"girl, i literally have not seen you in forever!" makenna smiled, going into the kitchen and opening up the fridge. "i know, i've just been so busy with off season stuff and just getting back in the routine of things." josie hopped up on the counter, playing with the ends of her hair. "yeah i get that, same thing with the volleyball girls." she replied, noting the blonde in the pantry. "hey paige! what's up?" makenna smiled, waving at her. "just mourning the loss of my goldfish. nothing new." paige fake cried, holding up the empty box. josie's eyes widened, nothing that the hoodie she had on looked oddly familiar. makenna and paige were having a conversation about who knows what, and josie was trying to figure out why paige had on her hoodie from highschool. paige must've stolen it from her at one of the many sleepovers, and forgot to give it back. josie had some of paige's clothes as well, not that she would ever be giving them back. after makenna and paige's conversation that went on forever, they went back upstairs and josie got back into the same spot she was before.

makenna was taking off her shoes, before sitting beside josie. "i really think you and paige should be friends again. it's literally so obvious that you guys miss eachother." she sighed, pulling a blanket over her legs. "i mean like yeah, but also no. she had no problem forgetting about me when we were in senior year. after we ended our friendship and everything, she had no problem forgetting about me and become one of those mean girls. not to mention she made my life hell whenever we played basketball. for some reason i just thought she would never do that to me, but i guess i was wrong." josie shrugged, picking at a loose string. "i totally get where your coming from jo, but that was almost four years ago, you never know people have changed until you give them a second chance. i promise you that paige misses you just as much as you miss her." makenna scooted closer to the brunette, "now let's watch some taytay because it's been forever since i've rewatched this!" they both laughed, just enjoying each others company.
