THE UCONN WOMENS BASKETBALL TEAM WAS CURRENTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF A PASTA MAKING CLASS, which everyone was loving, "wait- jana he said pat it not smack it-"

"paige put the flour down!"

"AZZI! IM NOT EATING RAW EGGS!"

"geno, please tell nika and kk to put the rolling pin down."

josie was currently hunched over dying of laughter, watching aalyiah and paige fight over who gets to crack the last egg. jana sighed, "you better be careful before you crack it!" they both looked up, as the egg dropped onto the floor and shattered. "idiots. complete idiots" geno walked over, trying to hide his grin. josie was now in between nika and caroline, helping them keep kk under control. "kk you need to put the rolling pin down. we cannot be fighting in here, there are like other people in here." josie tried to hold back her laughter, as kk was swinging the rolling pin around like a sword. there was an elderly couple beside them, who was giving them the death stare. "i'm sorry about her, had too much sugar." josie started moving kk away from the couple, before they took their rolling pin and hit her with it.

geno walked over to the girls, telling them it was almost time to go since they had to check into their hotel soon. josie was rooming with nika, caroline, and jana this time around ( which paige was not very happy about) . nika leaned her head on josie's shoulder, tired of all this traveling they have been doing. "are we going out to tour later?" josie asked, looking down at her phone. "i really hope not. we are all super tired and we need to get rest for the game tomorrow." nika sighed, looking up at the blonde who was approaching them.

"jo, i still can't believe you aren't rooming with me." paige frowned, leaning on the table in front of her. "oh get over it, you act like i'm not staying with you for the next hotel we are going too." paige rolled her eyes, not wanting to admit that josie was right. geno had been testing them, by making sure that their hatred towards each other had actually ended by forcing them to sleep together in a hotel room. ( he's just a poise shipper 😋 ) caroline waved them over, telling them that they were finally going to the hotel for the night.

nika practically skipped onto the bus, leaving josie and paige behind. "will you braid my hair on the bus?" paige asked, waking alongside of josie. "yeah, just sit by the window and get your brush out. i need to go back by my seat and grab my headphones." the blonde nodded, moving out of josie's way so that she could move towards the back and get her things. "how far away is the hotel, coach?" one of the girls asked, as josie plopped into the seat by paige. "we have about an hour and a half, not including traffic. we tried to pick one that was closer to where we played rather than in the city." he said, ignoring how some of the girls groaned in response. "works for me, i'm about to take the best nap of my life." caroline said, smiling at nika who was sitting beside her.

"do you want me to do the one on the side of your head or like a braided ponytail?" josie asked, playing with the ends of paige's hair. "whatever you want, i'm probably going to fall asleep anyways." she nodded, handing paige one of her airpods. "alrighty then."
