I sat across the table from my boyfriend, Chris, and our best friend Pj. They were going over some video idea or something.
"Hey, guys. The reason I came here was not to be bored out of my mind." I told them.
They looked at me.
"Get some food." They said, simultaneously.
I sighed. Boys.
"I'm leaving." I told them, standing up. They looked upset. "Don't go!" Chris whined. "We'll play Mario Kart!?" Pj added. I laughed.
"Okay, well go set it up then."
We played Mario Kart for hours until our throats hurt from yelling.
Chris ordered pizza, but I had to go home.
"Please stay! You can sleep in my room!" Chris suggested. "I can't do that, I have a pet at home. I'll come back tomorrow, though." I told him.
He sighed, and hugged me.
Arms wrapped around me, he whispered, "I love you."
"I love you, too." I whispered back.
