Today I had a day off but alas where was i? On set watching my friends film their scenes.

I love being their supportive soccer mum.

But the bigger problem I had currently was my writer's block.

I couldnt fucking think of any ideas for songs to finish off the brand new album that was scheduled to be put out in less than a month.

I had about thirteen songs already done but needed to get seven done in the next month or so.

Unrealistic, I know.

But count on me to set unrealistic goals and convince my label I could do it.

The breeze flew through my brown locks and white sundress comfortably shaping my body. I had my pink Prada sunglasses I got for my last album release present from my family along with my magenta Nike dunks.

I walked around letting the sun bathe me in its golden waters making my tan complexion glisten.

Summer was great but winter forever had my heart.

I had a tote bag with me carrying my writing essentials: my journal, pens and my airpods with a pink hearts clear case.

It was currently quiet on set as Walker and Charlie were filming their scenes from the capture the flag sequence. My scenes were mainly a night shoot but I had nothing better to do.

Walker's curls were being touched up by Ashley, our hair stylist currently as he cracked some joke making the older woman chuckle lightly.

The sun hit him just right and his smile radiated joy that filled my dry heart and everyone in the room.

I just can't really explain it.

He was just so gorgeous.

But I obviously couldn't say that to his face.

My heart skipped a beat as the light bulb in my head lit up once again and I started humming a melody out loud.

You're so gorgeous

I can't say anything to your face

Cause look at your face

I quickly scribbled down all of the chorus that I could rack my brain for until a voice snapped me out of the musical daze.

"Aaliyah!"

Rick had come walking towards me with a toothy grin that comforted me like home.

"Ricky!" I replied.
