Mayura's pov:

As I walked into college, I felt a sense of belonging that I had never felt before. I was finally accepting that this was my life now, and Abhimaan was a part of it. I had a family, and I had friends who cared about me.

My friends were waiting for me near my locker, and they immediately noticed the bandage on my elbow. "Mayura, what happened?" they asked, concern etched on their faces.

I brushed it off, not wanting to make a big deal out of it. "It's just a little scratch, guys. Don't worry about it," I said, trying to reassure them.

But they were having none of it. "Mayura, we're your friends. We care about you. Tell us what really happened," one of them said, her voice firm but gentle.

I smiled, feeling grateful for their concern. "I promise, it's nothing serious. Just a little accident," I said, trying to downplay it.

As we chatted, a nostalgic memory suddenly came flooding back. Someone else had cared for me like this before, in my previous college.  My heart skipped a beat as I realized that I had found people who cared about me just as much as he did.

We spent the day attending classes and having fun in between. Who would have believed that the Queen was sitting among them, laughing and joking like one of the gang? I certainly didn't feel like royalty at that moment. I felt like just another college student, enjoying life with my friends.

And that's when it hit me - who said that a queen can't have fun? I was living proof that even royalty could let their hair down and enjoy life. And I had  to thank my Abhimaan and my friends  for it.

I sat in the college cafeteria, enjoying my lunch and listening to my friends' nonstop chatter. They were discussing Abhimaan, and how he had been wronged by everyone in this whole Maity deal . I couldn't help but smile to myself as I listened, knowing that they had no idea they were talking about my husband.

"I mean, can you believe how his own people treated him?" Tannu said, shaking her head. "He was always so kind and generous, and they just took advantage of him."

"I know, right?" Nisha agreed. "And then he married that woman, Mayura...I mean, she seems nice and all, but she's got a lot of baggage."

I raised an eyebrow, intrigued by their conversation. What did they mean by "baggage"?

"I heard she was trying to make amends for her father's mistakes, though," Nisha said , "I mean, she's really trying to make everything right for the king."

My heart swelled with pride in their words. They had no idea that I was the Mayura they were talking about, and that I was sitting right in front of them.

"Yeah, I heard that too," sakshi said. "She's really gone above and beyond to support him and help him uncover the truth ."

I couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude towards my friends. They had no idea that they were praising me, but their words meant the world to me.

As they continued chatting, I couldn't help but think about how far Abhimaan and I had come. From our rocky start to our current loving relationship, it had been a wild ride. But hearing my friends' words made me realize that it was all worth it.

"Anyway, I'm just glad the king has someone like Mayura by his side now," one of my friends said, smiling. "He deserves all the happiness in the world."

I smiled back at them, feeling a sense of belonging and connection with my friends. Little did they know, the Mayura they were talking about was sitting right there, enjoying her lunch and feeling grateful for their kind words.
