I wake up the next morning excited. My boys . MCR was performing a show.

And I know I was going to enjoy it.

I go and watch YouTube until my mother forces me to have breakfast.

" So what are you planning to do today?" My mom asks me

" Well I don't know about today but I sure do know about tonight." I say

" Oh and what are you doing tonight?" My mom asks

" I'm going to the first ever MCR performance." I say

" That's great you tell those boys I'm happy for them." My mom says can

" I will thanks." I say

" You know I used to think those boys were a bad influence on you. But I see how much you adore and love hanging out with them." My mom says

" Thanks mom." I say

" Hi guys." Clint says

" Hi Clint." I say

" Guys. Guess what forgot to tell you." My mom says

" What?" We both say at the same time

" I'm going on a date !" My mom shouts

" That's great." I say

" Congrats mom you're getting back into the game." Clint says

" I know it's tonight so Clint you've got the house to yourself but please no parties." My Mom says

" Where's Brooke going?" Clint asks

" She's going to the first ever MCR show." My mom says

" Nice." Clint says

" I know I'm so proud of them." I say

" So am I." My mom says

" How are you going to get there?" Clint asks

" We're probably going to ride in Gerard's car." I say

" Be safe honey." My mom says

" I will." I say

Suddenly the house phone starts to ring and I go pick it up.

" I'm calling the Thompson residence looking for a Brooke." Gerard says

" You are speaking with her." I say

I here Gerard laugh and I laugh too.

" Why are you calling?" I ask

" I wanted to know if you'd like to come over and help me make posters for tonight." Gerard says

" Sure I'll be right over." I say

Gerard and I are both pretty good artists.

" Hey mom I'm going over to Gerard's to make posters I'm probably going to come back to get ready." I yell

" Ok hon be safe." My mom says

" I will mom." I say

I walk out and start to walk to Gerard's house.

When I get there Mikey is practically running out of the door and giving me a hug.

" Hey Mikey !" I yell

" Hi." Mikey says giving me one of his rare smiles

"  I'm so happy you guys are performing!" I yell

" Geez you don't have to yell but I'm happy too." Mikey says

He leads me up to Gerard's room even though I've been here a thousand times.
