i'm scared.
but nothing can stop it.
my breathing quickens.
my hear races.
my lungs constrict
and my throat closes.
i can't breathe.
tears pour
and everything's sore.
i cradle myself,
hiding from the monsters
that creep in my nightmares
giving me constant scares.
i try to scream but again
i can't breathe
this demon in me,
won't let me free.
i'm scared.
but nothing can stop it.
