Lured by the Alpha

Tala's POV

"No I don't want a husband yet!" I shout

"Well you need one when you become Luna" my dad also shouts

"But I'm only 19 dad and you can be Alpha for a while longer" I say calming down

"I know honey but I need to retire soon and the policy says that once you turn 18-19 I must retire" he sighs

"Alright lets make a compromise I will become Luna and find a husband in 3 months time okay?" I say

"Okay but 3 months no more" he states

"Thank you dad" I smile

" Okay" my dad replies

"Hey dad can I go for a run?" I ask

"Yeah sure but be back before 9" he agrees

"Okay thanks" I rush up stairs to get changed

I run out of the house eager to stretch my legs, I run to the forest then make my transformation. My bones start cracking becoming strong and more powerful, my hearing, sight, smell and taste all enhance. Roan coloured fur grows all over my body and I'm off. I run through the trees trying to sort out my thoughts about my husband, where am I going to find a suitable husband to be my Alpha he will have to be of high ranks a fine leader and respected. I decide to take another different route today maybe a longer one, I don't really want to head back anywhere before 9.

Soon the Moon starts to become illuminated and it catches my gaze. Ever since I was little I loved the moon maybe because I was a wolf or something like that but I believed that I had a connection with it. My imagination has always run wild and I never tried to tame it, like no one has ever tamed me. I am soon in another world and I follow the moon all thoughts about the previous conversation vanishing. I run silently my paws padding on the forest floor, that's how I got my nickname Silent Luna, by my bestie Scarlet.

I keep following the moon and leave  the forest behind I pad silently on the gravel when I hear a rustle in the bushes my instincts alert. I see silver fur and sigh knowing it's Dewy my other best friend. "Come out Dewy" I sigh bored.

"Who is this Dewy you speak of?" a really big silver wolf asks

"Um my friend" I say trying to sound brave 

"Well I'm not him, I'm Alpha Moon alpha of the Moon pack" he states proudly

"And you're on my land" he growls

And me being me says" Aren't you a bit young to be an Alpha- wait how old are you?" I know I'm crazy

"That doesn't matter, you're on my land" he snaps

"Sheeish okay I'll go" I huff

"No take me with you I need to speak to your alpha" he demands

"Well I don't take orders from you" I snarl

"You're on my land so yeah you do" he snarls back

"Well I'm the next Luna of my pack so no" I say

"So you're not Luna yet" he says sharply

"Well when I am you'll fear me" I growl

He looks at me taken aback, then regains composure. "You got some nerve coming on my land then making threats as well" he says

"I call myself a daredevil" I say proud

"Just take me to your alpha" he says bored

"Fine but only cause you're annoying me" I give in
