Well then, I'm just going to slip in the word friend while talking to him. Hopefully, that'll make him realize that I don't like him like that. Actually no,hopefully Seeley just heard wrong or something. I'm just like any girl, I love some drama once in a while but I don't like it when it happens to me. I know that makes me sound like a hypocrite but it's true. I don't like to be the center of attention, so both Hodgins and Vincent staring at me is weird. I just realized that I can't slip in the word friend unless saying it to Vincent too or uh I don't know! Why is this happening? Even investigations are easier to me than this. Wait...I got a plan.

"Hey Hodgins I missed you! You know you're one of my best friends right?" I say while smiling.
I feel so bad at his reaction. For a quick second he looked like a wounded puppy but then he put on a small smile.

"Yeah...same." He says.

I believe in everything happens for a reason. So I know that me liking Hodgins a long time ago and him getting together with Angela meant it wasn't meant to be. But now that I like Vincent, Hodgins likes me and I have no idea what that reason would be.

"Hey I gotta go, but I'll see you later." Hodgins says and leaves.

"Hey Vincent, I'm sick of this bed already, can you help me up?" I ask.
He looks uncertain. He's probably trying to decide which is more dangerous, saying no and pissing me off or helping me up and possibly popping my stitches.

"It's truly not a good idea Kris, the probability of you popping your stitches is a 70% chance." He says.
I'm still shocked about the nick name. Only Seeley has ever called me Kris, and he hasn't done it in a while. I actually like the nick name even though it kinda sounds like a guy's name.
"So...you're not gonna help me?" I ask as sad as I can.

"Fine. But it's a 99% chance that Booth will hurt me for this." He says while helping me.

"You know, it's weird when people call him Booth." I say, trying to distract myself from the pain.

"Why is that? Because you know him by the name of Seeley?" He asks.

"No, because it's my last name too." I answer.

I lost my balance but Vincent caught me just in time.
And before I knew what was happening, he started leaning forward...
