Grabbing her brush she goes through her hair which was definitely a big mess, much bigger than it usually is. She smiles as she hears the door opening finding Josh.
"How you feeling?" Josh asked sitting down on her bed. "Stop worrying over me, will ya? I'm okay," Maya said as she put her hair brush down sitting next to Josh. "I wish I could do something to help you. It's terrible that you have to go through all of this," Josh said. "Can we talk about something else? All of the abuse talk is getting to my head," Maya said. "I actually just wanted to find out if you're keen on spending the day with me and my friends. Jasmine has been asking about you a lot," Josh said. "Sure," Maya said. "Sleep tight, Maya," Josh said as he left the room.
