It scares me
That you still feel natural
It's been
2 months since we dated
And almost 5 since
We really did
It's been 5 month since we've kissed
And 2 months since
We stood that close
But tonight
You had to stand by me
And I caught myself
Leaning into you
You still feel natural
My body seems to think
We still fit together
Like we used to
Like we might still
Fit together again
I wish my body
And my mind
Would move on
I want to learn
How to shake you off
It scares me
That even now
You still feel natural
I want to feel natural
Without you
-And I am
Getting there-
But I also
Want to be able
To feel natural
With someone besides you
And sometimes
I fear
I never will
Because of you
How does one fall in love again
When one's heart
Is broken
And when
Someone else feels like home?
When will you
Cease to feel natural to me?
