Aishwarya's POV
Vishal took me to administrative block and introduced me. He already got all the paperwork ready for me. Then he took me to general surgery department. There were 4 people, two in second year and two in third year. All were men. I wish the one who joins in my year is a girl.
"Dr. Sushanth will be joining today in your batch Dr. Aishwarya. He hasn't arrived yet" Vishal said
"Excuse me" someone entered knocking the door
"I'm sorry, it was hard to find this place" he said
"So you are Dr. Sushanth Mehta" Vishal asked
"Yes, and are you my senior" he asked
"I'm your HOD, Dr. Vishal Kapoor" he said smiling
"You are too young to be my HOD"
"I'm flattered but you are already late, I don't want to waste more time in unwanted discussion Dr. Mehta" Vishal said seriously

"She is Dr. Aishwarya Reddy, your batchmate"
"Dr. Vinod Seth and Dr. Mahesh Agrawal in second year"
"Dr. Anand Shetty and David John in Third year"
" I want everyone to be professional, I hate personal discussions and any sort of nuisance when you are here. I hope you all get what I mean.
Do you prefer first names or last names? Full name is mouthful you know" he said smiling
"First name sir" everyone said
"Good, I too prefer first name"
"Dr. Anand, Dr. David you go ahead with your work"
"Dr. Vinod, make the summary of first year duties and curriculum and get it done by evening"
"Dr. Mahesh, give us the tour of all the departments. I'm also new to this college" Vishal said
Big lie! He studied MBBS and MS General Surgery here.

"Did you say something Aish" Sushanth asked
"We don't have anyone named Aish here, whom are you talking to Dr. Sushanth?" Vishal asked
"Aishwarya is mouthful, Aish is short and cute for her" he said smiling
I want to punch him, how dare he call me Aish
"I guess I clearly mentioned to be professional few minutes before. I wonder how you managed to graduate from medical college when you can't remember simple thing?" He scolded Sushanth
I pitied Sushanth
"I prefer last name Dr. Sushanth" I said
He was silent mostly
Mahesh gave tour of few departments introducing the staff and junior doctors. When we reached Anatomy lab, I felt sick because of formaldehyde. God knows how I controlled.
Luckily Vishal took us out of the lab soon.
"Let's take a break. I would like to treat you guys. Mahesh, ask everyone if they could come to cafeteria now. Let's go" Vishal said
We all went to cafeteria.
Third years and Vinod joined us. Everyone ordered something
I don't want any treat from him.
"Dr. Reddy, why didn't you order?" Vishal asked
"I'm on fasting today" I lied
"You have zero figure, don't need to fast" Sushanth blurted out while everyone looked at Vishal in fear
