Ch. 41 "Dead"

                                                Jayden POV 

It has been a few months since Elena almost killed me. I have just been hanging out with my Brother or Kol and his family. 

Sometimes Damon and Stefan but only when Elena isn't there which is hard to do lately so I just mainly hang around Kol and his family and Klaus. 

Me and Kol were currently sitting on the couch. Kol was watching Tv and I had my legs across his lap as my head hung over the arm of the couch looking up at the ceiling bored. 

"Have you two even moved from that couch today?" I hear Klaus

"No." Both me and Kol said at the same time. 

"Well you two better do something you are going to leave imprints in my couch." Klaus said 

"Mmhmm." Both me and Kol said again

"What's wrong with you two?' Klaus asked 

"Bored." We both said again

"Then go do something." Klaus said 

"Like what?" I said 

"Everywhere we go my dimwit sister shows up." I mumbled my head still hanging over the couch. 

"Ah so that's why you've been locked up here." Klaus said 

"Mm." I mumbled 

I finally sit up and go to the kitchen Cutting a apple into slices so me and Kol could share. 

"Mind telling me why your avoiding people?" Klaus said which caused me to miss the apple and cut my hand. 

"Ow!" I said 

"Let me see." Klaus said in a panic

I show him my hand that had a deep cut now and is bleeding badly. 

Klaus bites his wrist. 

"Here." He said 

I drank some of his blood. 

"Thank you." I said 

"Of course someone around here has to look out for you." He said smiling at me.

"And I'm so thankful for that." I said smiling at him

I was about to walk out of the room. when he grabbed my wrist. 

I looked at him. 

"What is really going on little bird I know something is." He said 

I sighed. 

"Should have known better than trying to fool you." I said chuckling 

"Well we have spent some time together." He said chuckling 

I chuckled again. 

"It's just What happened I don't think I want to even talk to her anymore and I hate that I feel that way." I said 

"We all have our breaking points when it comes to family." He said moving some of my hair out of my face. 

"What do you think I should do?" I asked 

He laughed 

"I don't think I'm the best person to ask how to behave on family matters." He said 

I laughed at him

"Perhaps you should just ignore her." I hear Kol I turn around. 

"Or just lock her in a car trunk." I hear Rebekah 

"Please that is not how family should behave. I suggest you don't forgive her but try to talk to her." Elijah said 

"How?" I said 

"I'm sure you can come up with something." Elijah said 

I hesitated. 

"I'll go with you bunny." Kol said 

I nodded. 

"Good luck." Klaus said I could tell he was smirking I didn't have to look. 

We were on my porch. I hesitated but took a deep breath. me and Kol walked inside I see a wooden stake fly right towards Kol. 

"No!" I yelled jumping right in front of Kol 

Next thing I know the stake imbedded itself right in my chest. 

I fell to the ground instantly. 

But I felt someone catch me. 

"Bunny!"Kol said 

I had my hands around the stake My breathing deep, shallow, and rapid. 

"K-Kol..." I breathed out. 

"Shhh." he said  He bites his wrist, feeding me his blood.

"It's going to be okay..." He said you could see the tears welling up in his eyes.

Once he pulls the stake out of me everything goes black.

                                         Klaus POV 

Me, Rebekah  and Elijah were relaxing in the living room when my Phone rings. 

I look and see it's Kol. 

"Ah Kol how did it-" I began 

And Kol starts talking over me so fast I couldn't understand what he was saying. 

"Whoa, Whoa slow down what happened?' I asked 

Rebekah and Elijah look at me worried 

"It's Jayden! They killed her Nik she's dead!"Kol said sounding like he was about to go on a killing spree. 

As soon as those words left his mouth I dropped my phone and Vamp speeded out of there to find Kol

They better pray I don't find them I thought as I looked for Kol and Jayden.
