The last thing Quinn expected her boss to show her is a tabloid article about a pop star’s relationship status because of two things. One, any tabloid is less reliable in terms of fact-checking compared to the professional lifestyle magazine they publish monthly, so the article may not be reliable. Two, she is the other main protagonist in that article.

"Care to explain?" Quinn's boss, Michelle, asks her in an interesting manner, then Quinn swallows her pride.

The article shows a clear picture of her and the man she kissed to avoid the man who was stalking her. She realises that she never cared enough to learn the name of the former, let alone find out what he does for a living. As someone who works in the media, she mentally scolds herself for neglecting such a small detail; had it been that she knew the guy she was about to kiss was relevant enough for his private life to be publicised in a tabloid article, she would have stopped then and there.

"A man was following me yesterday while I was on my way here. I kissed someone so that he could get away from me," Quinn explains, then Michelle retrieves the printed article from Quinn’s hands.

"As much as we avoid relying on tabloids to find news articles for celebrities, the reason why this tabloid article is relevant is because your face appears in it, because you kissed none other than Bradley Will Simpson, the frontman of this one hit wonder band called The Vamps. Their fans are currently trying to confirm who he was with," Michelle says, allowing Quinn to feel insecure about her privacy and her love life, two things which were not much of a concern to her before.

"One hit wonder? I've never even heard of them, yet their fans already know me?" Quinn diverts the topic in an attempt to find the humour in the situation, which unfortunately only makes her feel more awkward around her boss.

"You've never heard of the song called Somebody to You?" Michelle asks Quinn, who shakes her head.

"Good grief. My daughter used to play that song almost everyday. Now, she just plays their other song, All Night, which I heard has a lot of streams but is not chart-topping, so I personally do not consider it a hit," Michelle ponders on, then Quinn lets out a small awkward chuckle, considering that she does not know what to respond to her boss's remark.

"The thing here, Quinn, is that you are not named in the article, so your identity is not verified for now. Although I know this is you, you are still identified as a mystery girl. I was able to tell that it was you the second my daughter showed me this article, but I decided to confirm with you first if it really is you," Michelle says, then Quinn tilts her head to the side.

"Why did she show you the article, anyway?"

"Brad is her favourite from the band, and she said that the girl he was kissing looked awfully familiar," Michelle says, then Quinn sighs.

"Well, if a formal confirmation is what you want, then, yes, the girl in the article is me. I can remember what Brad was wearing that day and that is exactly how he looked. I can also confirm that we kissed and that we walked away from the scene together so the stalker could stop following me."
