The Summer Fever Forever festival, hosted by the most popular radio station in the country, has recruited The Vamps as the second to the last act of the last day, which is the date with the most number of attendees.

Mac thought that it was a great day for Quinn to meet the members of the band and for Brad to announce the release date of their lead single from their sixth album. In addition, Quinn needed inspiration for the sample column she will submit for her promotion. With this, Brad is tasked to pick Quinn up after getting the car he was assigned to by one of their sponsors.

"I will never understand you celebrities. You have a perfectly good car and yet you buy another one? If flexing your riches is your only purpose for doing this, then you should be informed that you are also contributing to global warming," Quinn says, then Brad chuckles as he walks to his door.

"I love that stance. If you must know, though, this car is rented to me by a sponsor. I'm supposed to return it after we go home tomorrow," Brad says, then Quinn nods her head. They both climb in the car, then Brad puts some sunglasses on while Quinn puts her seatbelt on.

"Have you eaten yet?" Brad asks Quinn, who shakes her head while he puts his seatbelt on.

"I had no time to eat. I wasn't planning to since I really want to get there on time," Quinn says, then Brad glances at her before pulling off.

"Well, I'm famished. But, I promise you that we can get food and still make it on time," Brad says, then Quinn stays quiet in her seat. Little did she know that Brad could sense that she was feeling queasy, so he offered to buy food to hopefully help with her anxiety. To his dismay, judging by how quickly Quinn finished her food, her anxiety is still getting the best of her.

"Are you sure you're alright?" Brad asks Quinn, who grabs his rubbish.

"Of course I am. Why do you think otherwise?" Quinn asks, then Brad shakes his head a little.

"Nothing. Just making sure," Brad says, then Quinn sighs and dumps their trash at a nearby bin. When she returns, he tries his best to not make things more awkward as they continue with the journey.

After quite a long drive, which was made even longer by the fact that they were both silent, Brad finally drives through the venue's entrance, where performers are given backstage access. He spots the parking space reserved especially for him, considering that it was the only unoccupied one thanks to his tardiness, then he parks the car with utmost care.

"We're here," Brad says as he puts the car in neutral to cool the engine down a bit, then Quinn decides to be honest.

"I know. And something doesn't feel right," Quinn says, then Brad gives her a weird look.

"What is that something?"

"I'm nervous."

"Why?"

"I'm about to meet your best friends. For real, this time. Anyway, you lie to them about us. I lie to Devi about us, too, but I don't think I can keep doing it. She's already suspicious and I've lied to her only once. The guilt is consuming me," Quinn says, surprising Brad.
