The group just stands there in shock, as Ryder is still holding Tohru's father by the neck. Elma's eyes widen as she realizes who the man is.
Elma: The Emperor of Demise...
Ryder is just dumbfounded of how this old man can be Tohru's dad and the Emperor of Demise
Ryder: Woah, who knew that Tohru's dad was an old man.
Ryder then drops the Emperor of Demise onto the ground, but as he reaches the ground, he knocks Ryder away with one flick. He then stands back up and looks at Tohru.
Damocles: You understand why I've come?
Tohru looks down, ashamed
Damocles: You shall return home with me now, Tohru. This world is not where you belong.
Tohru: No.
Tohru's dad looks at Tohru with absolute disgust in his eyes.
Damocles: Why would you even leave against my wishes.
Tohru: I left because I want to be here.
Damocles: I said no. My answer is final.
Justin and Casey can be seen on the ground
Justin: Did he just "nuh uh" his own daughter?
Casey: I think.
Tohru: I said no!
Damocles: What you say or do does not matter. You must accept the truth, this world is not for you. And I will not allow you to throw it into chaos.
Tohru: You're wrong, this world is my home. This world is where I belong!
Damocles: You will live a quiet life as a human, one day you will explode into chaos.
Tohru's dad expands his hand towards Tohru
Damocles: Come home, Tohru.
Kobayashi looks at both of them. Clearly terrified and confused on why this powerful person is here.
Kobayashi's thoughts: Should I say something here? I don't think he intends to be mean, but you shouldn't come between a parent and their child. Whatever Tohru decides, I'll respect that choice-
Suddenly, Ryder punches Tohru's dad square in the jaw, leaving them all shocked
Ryder: She said no, grandpa!
But, Tohru's dad immediately retaliates by grabbing Ryder by the arm and crushing it with just his grip, and then throwing Ryder back onto the ground
Tohru's Dad: You can be eliminated just from simple actions, do you really want to try anything else?
Ryder stands up while holding his broken arm
Ryder: I know someone has another action to do...
Tohru's Dad looks back to see Kobayashi, Tohru, and Elma gone. He then looks back, angered at Ryder
Ryder: Nah, We'd win
Justin and Casey stand next to Ryder, staring down Tohru's Dad.
Justin's spirit: I'm going to touch you.
